I think the most painful part of Chester’s passing for fans is the fact that so many of us can point to numerous times when his music saved us. During the worst parts of our lives his voice offered an expression and catharsis for our pain. But as he saved us we sadly could not save him. But we can say that he has left behind more than a few reasons to be missed. And we can help keep that sentiment alive.

The worst it's many of those "fans" left Chester down when they didn't listen his last album with LP, the moment "Heavy" came out I knew this album was really personal, but "fans" didn't care about what he was going through or the messages in the songs, they only wanted to hear screams like it was 2002. I'm not sure if this attitude took his life, but not getting support from his fans didn't help either.

In my case mate I didn't leave my room for 1month. I was really shocked when I heard it from a news. Chester leaves a very big legacy, he save us from depression and pain. That it´s stupid,We paid attention, just as fans we can not do something to change artist lifes. All Linkin Park songs have so many reasons, pain, discomfort, trying to find a way in life. This song is so accurate of Chesters passing. It is so haunting. This is the first time since Chesters death that I could listen to this song and it is 2024. I dee0ly struggled to play or listeb to Linkin Park for a long time after Chesters passing, that meant I could not watch Transformers, All songs proves that Chester had issues and he tried to rise above but when his friend Chris Karnell died Chester found it way too hard to cope. I never managed to watch Linkin Park live, and I wished I had. That's my downfall. Truth was I was going through my own battles depression, cancer, visual loss. I struggle with crowds and people at the best of times. Music captures me, the lyrics really speaks volumes. I feel right now deflated, struggling but I never commit to suicide so I am ok on that side. Others are not so lucky. I hope this finds comfort and there is courage, hope, friends, even strangers on here coning together. Love and peace to all.

LP helped me cope up with it because of their lyrics, and Chester's vocals bringing the music to life really helped me during my depression during my high school years. I won my battle against depression with the help of LP(and others), but Chester lost. RIP, Chester.
