500g Strong Bread flour 30g Sesame seeds (toasted) 30g Flaxseed/Linseed 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 packet dried yeast (7g) 300ml tepid water mix all dry ingredients (inc yeast) in a large bowl, make a well and add the olive oil and 300ml tepid water an and form a scraggy dough. Place on a floured surface and knead for 10 mins until dough is smooth. Pop into an oiled large bowl and cover. Either leave in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours or pop in fridge overnight. I left mine overnight and in the morning took it out a few hours before the next stage, place dough onto a floured surface and knock back, shape into a ball and place on top of *parchment paper to rest (*just a tad bigger than crisper plate) and leave a few hours. Score a cross with a (very) sharp knife and sprinkle flour on top. *Remove Crisper Plate in Dual Blaze. Preheat AF 200c/390f for 5 mins. Carefully lower dough/parchment paper into basket. Bake 200c/390f 30mins *(you may need to flip bread in last 5/10 mins if AF doesn’t have a bottom element like DB AF) It is cooked if it sounds hollow. Leave to cool completely on a cooling rack before cutting into.....Enjoy!!

You made excellent bread, I have never eaten bread with those seeds in before, so I might give it a try, though I only have the ordinary Cosori which doesn’t allow the crisper plate to come out, so I would have to cook it in my normal oven. Like you said, bread has become so over processed now, trying to make it softer and last longer, even the brown Hovis bread has several E numbers added. Well done on reaching 10K subscribers, your so down to earth, it’s lovely watching you. If it goes wrong, we all see it. As apposed to celebrity cooks, who would just do several takes.

Kerry your bread looks gorgeous must try it I try all your videos .when my children were small I had 4under the age of10 so always did the fridge method so I could finish making the bread when they were at school . Just a tip , instead of having to sharpen your knife all the time I bought a Stanley knife just for that purpose also I have made brown bread using that method and it works. But takes a bit longer to rise love dian

I so enjoyed watching this video, what a wonderful loaf. I have made my own bread for years and learned a few things on the way, you dont have to knead for 10 minutes you can leave it for a short while, give it a couple of kneads and repeat a couple of times, it basically sorts itself out and becomes and nice stretchy dough all on its own. I also do the overnight in the fridge as it's too much hard work to do everything in swoop. Good on you for bringing this to us all and for busting the bread snobbery, brilliant! never made in an AF but am going to do this for sure, think it will have to be in my speedy as I only have the small size Ninja.

Well done Kerry, looks really good. When I used to make bread by hand I used to add a crushed vit C tablet into the liquid and this cut out the need for the first proving so, you just mixed it, kneaded it, shaped it, proved it and baked it. Today, I have a bread maker and that is a game changer where I get a lovely loaf of bread in 2hrs.

Hi Jo, it's worth a try, preheat at 200 then dial 30mins but check at 20mins because you might need to flip it so the bottom cooks (assuming the element is at the top) good luck!

Congratulations 10,000 subscribers to your channel, it doesn’t surprise me though, it won’t be long till you’re celebrating 100, 000 😀 I’m curious, do you not get on with the Danish dough mixer? Also, if you make no knead bread and leave it to prove for 12 to 18 hours, it’s got so much more flavour. I always hated kneading bread, I just found it so boring! That bread looks absolutely delicious.

There's a channel called Bigger Bolder Baking, she has a fewv videos on mo knead bread, she says to leave it in the fridge for no less than 12 and no more than 18, you also make it a bit wetter, she's worth watching.

You're right about the protein. Strong flour must be 12% or more. The higher the protein, the higher the price! Canadian wheat is the strongest. I've seen 14.8 grams (percent), Twice the price of plain flour. Can't tell the difference when baking bread, to be honest 😂
