Best time is morning 1 hr before breakfast. Else you can also practice in evening. Min 2 hrs after lunch and 2 hr before dinner.

Do the entire sequence sitting on chair 🪑. Back straight. Slightly bent forward. Your hands on your knees. 🙏

Yes definitely. Practise 3-5 times daily for just 2 weeks. You will see the difference yourself.

Hello sir why does this asana cause me to cough? I mean while doing it, my throat feels irritated. What can I do?

One feels coughing because the strong exhalation through mouth dries up the throat area. Slight coughing feeling is fine. But if you face heavy coughing then reduce the intensity of roaring. Also dont do more than 3-4 rounds in a day.

You have to perform this 3-5 times everyday. You should start seeing improvement in 30-45 days timeframe

Yes lion pose is also good for skin glow and face skin tightening. However it should not be done too much. 2-3 rounds is sufficient. Else it will make your throat sore.

Puffy eyes and dark circles are result of poor lifestyle specifically poor sleep cycles and stress in day to day life. Pranayama and meditation will be more helpful.

I have a problem of vocal cord. There is a gap between two cords. I am a patient of Neurological problem also. I take medicine for nerve and Thyroxin 25 for Thyroid. Is the Asana i.e. Simhasana helpful for me? Shall I get my original sweet voice by doing this Asana? Please Answer me. I am eagerly waiting for your Answer

You can sit in cross legged posture. In yogic terms we call it Sukhasana. If thats also a challenge, sit in a chair with back straight and hands on knees and follow rest of the procedure. As prescribed in video do not do more than 3-4 times in a day. And bring it in practice daily. Best wishes from Varanasi, India

It could be because your body has high share of acidity and hence resulting into vomiting feeling due to the pressure. Tone down the roaring sound and see if it helps.
