Awesome pranayanam, I am suffering with dizziness due to lack of sleep. Last 15days I am having disturbed sleep which makes me very tired to the whole day. I will try this prayanama today before sleep. Thankyou sir🎉

One written explanation of performing bhramari that I found mentioned a certain technique of creating a humming sound also on the inhale, which (perhaps unsurprisingly) I was a complete failure at. Kindly send more such videos in pranayama and yoga .In my personal case i wanted to tell you that i was doing meditation in Vajrasana and have some problems with the knee .In this pose the ligaments of the knee get extended and become loose due to the pull in the folding of the knee and the leg angles get twisted while sitting in that pose.I am doing exercises to stregthen all my leg muscles.If you are able to guide me for counter asanas i will be very happy.I am stopping now as the message gets longer. Thanks a lot . I expect your reply, my friend.
