This was so good! Struggling to exercise with lipedema and this made me feel so good. Legs were challenging but your modifications helped me push through and appropriately challenge myself.

Thank you PT Kelly! This is a really good workout. I have only one observation: it's difficult to do the deep breathing/resist module only because I'm still panting from doing the jumping jacks (even the modified one - but I tend to do the full jumping jack) and it's near impossible to take a deep breath and resist the extended belly. It may be better to do a lower the heart rate minute THEN do the deep breath/resist module. Thanks overall - I was happy to discover your channel for the very helpful exercises. All the best! ~

I have a shoulder injury I'm currently re-habing but I'm trying to find a gentle workout to help with lymphatic drainage. Will this workout still give me that benefit if I have to omit overhear arm work?

I need to get rid of swelling I'm sick of waking up with a body I'm ashamed of. I'm disapointed I want my stomach flat. My doctors said it was okay to do exercises. I was also complaining about the swelling.
