I have been getting iron fusions so this will be a perfect transition. I have tried to take it before but lacked consistency and that taste! Mix with a lil pineapple juice and shoot it. @homehere9817 the pill is a multivitamin. Which overall helps with hair. The liquid has b vitamins, iron and niacin. Niacin helps stimulate growth, and iron would help your hair if you are deficient in it. My guess is to try each one at a time and see which works better.
