Good information, but i take a lot more for good health and energy. Starting with cod liver oil--omega 3, A & D improves eyesight. Then horsetail ingested daily. Vitamin D trying to keep my levels up drops in the winter with my melanin. Biotin, magnesium, pumpkin seed oil, COQ10, NAD & NAC.😊

Hey girlie! Yes, please do a deep dive into vitamin ingredients. I'm trying to take control of my health and have been eating super clean. This would be helpful. Also, what vitamin do you give your daughter? My daughter is around the same age and every time someone in her class is sick, she gets sick. I really want to strengthen her immune system. What do you recommend?

Hi! For my daughter, I love zinc and an immune system-boosting vitamin. I also give her elderberry. If your daughter is 12 or younger I have some recommended vitamins in my description box that are very helpful too

Vitamins are not considered medication therefore for the most part is unregulated. Natural products can produce negative effects as a lot of these products are not tested and scientifically proven for human consumption. Taking most of these products are to be taken with caution as they can also react with prescribed medications. The manufacturers can make any claim they want because the FDA does not regulate the industry
