I tattooed some lyrics on my left arm when I was 17; the image is of a ripped piece of notebook paper, secured to my arm with a safety pin, and a brief seven word message written in my own handwriting. It reads: “Note to self: I miss you terribly.” …somehow, I knew. I knew I would lose myself, so far gone that I had legitimately become unrecognizable - a fact that terrifies me to this day. Awesome album. I usually throw on some instrumental rock while I'm working, I was super productive despite having to stop a minute or two to vibe. Think my favorite part was right at the beginning of Skyline Haze, loved how it started on the left headphone, introduced the main riff, then kicked it up 30 seconds later.
