I knew right away that the Proverbs 31 woman was proverbial. Every woman is not called to be a wife, every wife is not called to be a mother. But every woman is called to fear the Lord and that is where our ultimate beauty lies.

I've often felt so bad knowing I could never amount to be the Proverbs 31 woman and was astounded to hear some women say that they personify that exemplary woman (usually in church actually) Thank you for demystifying Proverbs 31. It is indeed a proverb.

A worthwhile l discussion on Proverbs 31. Thanks. Indeed we are called "Masterpieces" in Ephesians 2:10 because God has created us uniquely to perform good works. Different roles require diverse ways of equipping. Every believer has the Holy Spirit who provides not just the lead but grace for every location. We can be inspired and encouraged by the achievement of others, but must intentionally follow our own paths with Christ.

Nobody but Jesus is perfect. I love this woman but she is a example of what we can strive toward. We will never be everything she is BUT we can be strong, we can care about others, we do raise the kids and love our husbands and ourselves.
