Having been playing a lot of Pointless and SotWS stuff, I realized how dangerous Rag Maggots actually are. YOU, the player, are controlling an entire group, one of which can stuff really hard. Imagine Alex having to fight one of these things one on one. He could kill one, sure. Imagine two. Or three. Or three all at once. Imagine an entire smalls swarm of these things attacking some unarmed guy. There's a reason these things are considered dangerous despite seeming trivial in the game.

How was Roland Harder. I only learned about this game recently and it curious. Also if your wondering I got about as far as Alu akbar guy didn’t realize running away was good advice got killed got put back at start and just quit the game. Planning on going back tomorrow

Single Out followed by a bottle should shatter about 40% of the enemies hp. Using Axe Kick and Scoop on the same turn as the maggot gets Wary/Weird should make the fight end in 2-3 turns.

You can kill Roland first and ignore Richie, just to level up your party and get Joel's passionate threat, which is important to have when battling those maggots, you can go back and stock up on rotten fruit if you want your party to be "healthy." in 1.3, you can use Joel's gun reveal because Rag Maggots are fast as hell, but you can do gun toss+roll out combo also if Joel's lucky enough not to lose his taunt. For Alex, just use his flying axe kick. It's powerful enough to take them out in a few turns. Georgy's good as a meat shield. Don't waste your jerkies on him. From what I see they don't gain exp much from beating them, but two of the maggots can drop mystery jerkies.

I keep seeing people say they had trouble fighting these guys, Idk if I was lucky or something but in my 2nd play through I beaten all the Rag maggots with no trouble at all, I mainly healed with the rotten fruit then waited til status effects went away when I fought them. Do they have a critical move that they never used on me or were they stronger in the older version of Pointless like when Roland was tougher?

I just use rotten fruit for georgy and joel, and then use taunt. Then have them block the entire time while alex kills
