More importantly, how to heal and make informed decisions by not ignoring all of the signs. What a fantastic channel! Great information! Thank you, Lisa! Your information and perspective is greatly valued and appreciated! I grew up in chaos and ultimately severed ties with several narcissists when I was 18. God would want to protect this lady from further hurt, and what's more He can only begin to work on the flawed mother when the scapegoat (her daughter) is out of the picture.

@@LibbySlaughter101 I agree with you, my comment was wrong, I didn't think about mothers who have mental problems, manipulative, and they never change, they keep hurting their children, it s better to stay away from them.

13:26 = "20 Truths" (list and description) starts here. 1) 13:48 Narcissists feel entitled to lie. Truth is irrelevant to them. 2) 15:25 Narcissists are not that interested in you. They're only interested in keeping you interested in them. You are entertainment, and a supply source, nothing more. 3) 16:29. Narcissists feel you are disposable and they can easily replace you. Nothing is their fault. 4) 18:30. A Narcissist's word means nothing. You will never be able to count on them for integrity. No accountability. 5) 19:56. Narcissists live as a hypocrite and will not change. They hold you and others accountable for everything said, but they will not be held accountable. They twist your words! They will use all your private information against you. Over time, they cripple you from the inside out. 6) 22:24. Narcissists feel entitled to disrespect you; but they feel you must respect them. Rules apply to you, not to them. 7) 23:28. Narcissists use projection as a weapon to silence and to cripple you. They will accuse you of everything that they are guilty of. 8) 24:55. Narcissists will accuse you and punish you for all of their unresolved pains, issues and trauma. They are very reactive, volatile, not happy, easily irritated, high conflict personalities. They're not self aware. Everything is a problem and all your fault. They're paranoid. 9) 27:15. You will always be wrong, even when the Narcissist thinks you're right. Narcissists will do everything possible to convince you that you're perception is wrong and there's something wrong with you. 10) 30:30. Narcissists have no accountability. If you don't like it, they will discard you. They think in terms of "I" and not "we". 11) 35:06. Narcissists don't love you, they love what you do for them. They only like how you love them and the power they have over you. 12) 37:24. Your side is irrelevant and not important to a narcissist. 13) 38:14. A narcissist will never treat you fairly or with empathy and consideration. Narcissists are aloof and condescending. They treat you with indifference. If you challenge them, they will persecute and punish you. One-sided conversations. 14) 39:05. Narcissists will bring drama into your life. Peace will never be found with a narcissist. They turn the slightest thing into a problem. 15) 40:22. Narcissists do not care about what is important to you. Narcissists will pretend in the beginning of relationship ("love bombing"). Then, theyʻll have no interest. 16) 41:26. Narcissists will enjoy making you think you're crazy. Manipulation. They insult you, take digs at you, poke fun at you, comment about what you're eating, etc. If they do something wrong, they'll act as if you're the one who did it. They deliberately mess with your head. Dysfunctional. 17) 42:44. Narcissists fear humiliation and will avoid being seen as ""weak". They can be very vindictive if they feel they lost control over you. Protect yourself! 18) 43:15. Narcissists are chameleons and will do anything to gain narcissistic supply. They will use any information or behavior to get what they want. Narcissists feel no guilt, no remorse, no empathy, no conscience. They make up stories. 19) 44:16 Narcissists will fake empathy (and emotional responses) when necessary, to remain in power and control. They don't genuinely feel empathy. Narcissists do not have the emotional abilities that healthy people have. 20) 45:37. Narcissists will NEVER take responsibility or accountability. And you will always be responsible for whatever happens in the relationship. Extra: "If you feel you have to record your conversations, that's a sign that you're dealing with a narcissist."

His positivity would only last about a day at the longest. And only had about 8 positive days a year. All the rest were pretty much spent on giving the silent treatment.😂I am so happy and liberated for finding out what that was all about

The NARC can't love💔they Lack EMPATHY. They say I love you 😘 so you can say it back. They watch your MOUTH ACTIONS mostly, so they can tell if your being fake. It also tells them your going to keep putting up with their sh!t! My NARC spouse told me my actions wasn't lining up with my words. I told her the truth, I didn't Love her as much anymore. I suggested marriage counseling and pathways, she turned down both! She wasn't trying to fix the marriage. They get married for different reasons! Control, combined income and also to impress family and friends! AT THE SAME TIME AS A GROWN ADULT YOU DIDN'T LEAVE. YOU WAS (LOVED BOMB 😍 IN THE BEGINNING! THEY DIDN'T CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS AND DID MOST OF THE THINGS YOU LIKE! NOW YOUR HOOKED AND EVERY NOW AND THEN THEY WILL ACT RIGHT AND YOU WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER. THEY MIGHT DO IT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. THEN IT'S BACK TO (CRAZY TOWN) THE REASON YOU WANT LEAVE IS BECAUSE YOUR IN A (TOXIC ADDICTIONSHIP)! FINALLY ONE DAY GOD WOKE YOU UP! YOUR BODY just COULDN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE! My NARC mother in-law, sister in in-law and wife ran over me, BUT ONE PROBLEM, I ALLOWED IT! I KNOW IT'S HARD TO COMPREHEND AND YOUR IN DISBELIEF, BUT Its REAL! MY WIFE (HOOVEERED) ME BACK .THIS TIME THE LOVE BOMB 😍 WAS SHORT. AFTER THAT, IT WAS! BACK TO CRAZY TOWN AGAIN! SHE CALLED THE POLICE ON ME AND DISCARDED ME! Discarded me like trash, as if she never knew me!

Lisa.. I want to thank you. I was married to a narcissist for 4 years.. I can’t tell you how many ruined holidays I’ve been through because of fights she started over absolutely nothing. Just recently I found out she cheated on me with someone and I had the MOST darkest time of my life a month ago. I started listening to you and I’ve put all the pieces together and realized what I was dealing with. She had a history of bipolar disorder but she refused medication and refuses counseling. I am now happy knowing that I’m not responsible for the outcome of our marriage and now I can confidently concentrate on our two boys. I really can’t thank you enough for putting out these informative videos.. in a way, you saved my life. Thank you and I look forward to more of your material.

Everybody is a narcissist of one form or another. There's a spectrum so hopefully you're low on the spectrum and can circumvent your self centered tendencies. I'm one of the nicest people on the planet until I see what I perceive as injustice or a betrayal or mistreatment and then I turn into a self righteous narc myself by over reacting or over correcting. I try not to do that so I have to watch myself. My negative tendencies are usually reactionary but still not healthy. The difference is that I know I have problems and want to get better. I've been in relationships with people who have less problems than I do but they won't admit it or face it and thus end up being way more toxic than I do. It's mind bending like Lisa says.

Meanwhile a narcissist is the biggest perpetuater of drama on the planet. There's no productive means to an end regarding differences because they purposely take every conversation in to the weeds by purposely misconstruing your words and taking them out of your mouth in an effort to derail the conversation.

34:48 is so important for those of us who have been in relationships like this for too long and behave with reactive abuse and start questioning whether we're the narcissist, that's for you. A narcissist never asks themselves and they don't need to record the conversation because they know exactly what they're doing. Being in any way dependent on a narcissist is their goal, be it emotional, physical (you're so ill from dealing with them, depressed, won't shower that they run errands *only when they'd do it for themselves too*), or financial... even when you're not. They think of paying their fair share as doing you a favor, and they'll hold it over your head and tell you all they did for you even when it was never for you. It was for themselves.

It is so refreshing being without all the drama that came with my ex and his friends and some family members. He doesn’t seem to have a mind of his own, he’s fueled by his sister and a few of her friends. He literally doesn’t do anything without checking with his sister first. So I had my ex and his sister to try to deal with. So sad.. in the end the are both grade school bullies. The more I called them out, the crazier I am. I pray for them all and am so grateful I’m out of that toxic environment. Life is so much brighter now.

I've been living with a narcissist for 35 years and have three children with him. I've thought about leaving him with my children support many times but changed my mind. I started meditation and learned that he was the one who suffered himself. I stayed to see how strong I could be and to protect the family inheritance after my first grandchild was born. When I can communicate with him, I do, and when he becomes moody, rude or arrogant which happens every day from the time he opens his eyes until he closes them. In 5 minutes, he mentions about 25 topics, mainly negative things about others or to polish himself. I have my strategy to deal with each situation; on the phone, have headphones on, read a book, enjoy the sun in my garden; If he tries to come near me then I will move to another spot. I learned that I can not let bad energy ruin my life. All my children and my grandchild, she's only 18 months but already allergic to him, she cries and avoids him every time she had to see him. He's been complaining about how all of them being stupid and rude to him, and none of us is giving him an answer. We all know how to do and what to do with him to keep us happy and enjoy life together but not with him. Thank you for your great ideas and information.
