I learned more in this video than I learned in a year of therapy. Day one of therapy I said I felt abandoned, that my mother is a narcissist, that I have horrible anxiety, that I am people pleasing, and that I don’t trust anyone including myself. Maybe my therapist was a narcissist…because I felt like I would receive a crumb of insight every few weeks, otherwise just led on, with no hope of healing.

Unconditional self love and unconditional love for non-self is about where you can find a space, admittedly not always easy of course to find, actually USUALLY not always easy to find, to just have it be about love. That's the aim, anyway. Here's a heart for free: ♥️.
