Yes house hunting and investment is not easy, research and getting to know the locale takes time and effort ..endurance and patience..looks like a lovely old city ❤ i like architecture and sea, but also open quiet natural areas like Great Ocean Road .. with the sounds of ocean waves and sea & forest smells and wind in trees in the forest keep creating great videos god bless 🙏

It was difficult to tell how large the apartment was, how many bedrooms and baths, does it come with finished bathrooms and kitchen, etc. Also, is there any annual property tax assessed on real estate in Portugal? The apartment looks beautiful! I would definetly rent. Is the economy going up or down? If you wanted to sell it in couple years, how would it play out? And do you need to be in Lisbon, or would a more suburb area work? I have never been to Portugal, so this may not apply. But if I were independant, I would maybe check for other options before deciding.

Hi Daphna, I was interested in taking your course, I have 2 TY channels one is active the other more dormant. The active one is already 3 years old. I’m constantly uploading but very slow growth only 700 subs so far. I love creating videos, much like you I moved to Portugal to start over. My channel is part of my new career plan so obviously I need help. Not sure if just a 1:1 consolation would be better, or to take the course, I’m on YT for along time started different channels.
