That’s what we plan to do. We have a car now because my husband needs it for work but when he retires we plan to move to Porto and be car free. Taking Uber, even frequently, would be more affordable and less bothersome than owning a car.

That’s what I want to do. To move to a walkable city, where I don’t need a car. I lived for years in New York City, and I never needed a car. I didn’t need a car in Madrid or Venice, and in Cannes I rode a motorcycle if I absolutely had to. Congratulations.
