Good old reliable JNC660. Most reliable jump pack I have used. Lasts for years. Has outlasted multiple packs I've used. I don't like its clamps though. I'm still on the fence with those small jump packs but you made a good case on that Snap-on one. That memory saver mode is a nice feature. The Thexton 311 is not a good tool IMO. I had it for around 15yrs. already. Maybe they redesigned it, idk. They tend to pop off, don't fit, too tight or not tight enough. Also, it seems like the metal is too smooth that clamps slip off/move. The clamps on those noco's look decent though.

Thexton 311 side post extensions ftw life is never the same I have a high out USB c it charges decently quick I have the first gen gb150 I sold my gb70 I hope you have. Better luck than I did I was severely disappointed. This was a great explanation of all points I think you nailed it. I think a perfect jumpack doesn't exist most guys want a pack to do it all and that's just not available.

I had an 04 Silverado with the 8.1l gas and my GB70 had no issues even with a totally dead battery I also use it for slow cranking semis but it struggles with that understandably

We have the Napa one at work. While it's a beast we've had issues with them not charging from the cord.

Jump pack not jump starting or trouble recharging the jump pack? Just curious- I just bought the 660- Thanks

@@YOUZTUBE2000 Not recharging from the power cord adapter. We just hook a battery charger to the clamps and recharge it that way.

Smart! There are videos on replacing the internal charger. Might be worth changing the charger otherwise risk overcharging through clamps. Apparently these are workhorses and worth saving. Good Luck!
