@@jtb1649 I helped him navigate through the Spadina subway once, he took my elbow and we chatted until we reached the street. Saw him at Grossman's Tavern a year later and he had a beer with us after the show and to my amazement he remembered me. When he left the table he said "see you later" and laughed! He was a lovely soul!

I saw Jeff at a club on a Monday night in Vancouver years ago. There was a terrible turnout and he was not a happy camper at all. What can I say the show was fantastic to say the least. What an extraordinary talented man who is sadly missed.

This was great, thanks‼️ No small feat; respectfully, I always believed Jeff's singular talent and virtuosity, deserved far better than his regular band...here, you get to see him with one of my favourite groups, ever. Check Jeff out on David Sanborn's, Night Music TV show, from the same era, for a prime example of what I'm saying... kzbin.info/www/bejne/najKgIiwpMmGbKc ☆ Foot note; Although I'd been a long time fan, since '70's high school, this particular era, with Craig Fuller, was the first time I got to see my heroes, live❗

@@spaceghost8995 I agree but can you imagine how amazing he would have been if he did play slide I’m sure it would have been different from everybody else that played slide
@spaceghost89952 жыл бұрын
@@JimmyT995 Yeah probably true but truthfully I'm not a huge slide fan. Except maybe Duane. A lot of slide players can sound sour and grating. I love Derek Trucks and have seen him twice but sometimes I just want to hear him pick it instead.
