Too many people don’t know about this band. To me, the the greatest band ever assembled. Thank you for suggesting this, you sir, are what they call a “Real One.”

Probably the most underrated live album out there. Little Feat live is stunning but when you add the horn section from Tower of Power you're in a whole nother world. Still waiting for a video genius to do justice to this song.

Three years later, it's been done. Just search for the song, and you'll find great animated video with many Little Feat easter eggs. Enjoy, fellow Feater!

Thanks for doing the Waiting for Columbus version. One of the best live albums of all time. Not a bad song on it. Check out Mercenary Territory off of this album.

They're still together, but the lead singer guitarists Lowell George past away in the late 70's. Lowell was truly the leader of the band. Listen to "Dixie Chicken" please, you won't be disappointed.

In case you missed it in the song, for this tour Little Feat was backed up by the Tower of Power horn section.

The baddest horns in the land the Tower If Power horn section. What a funky rhythm section of Gradney on bass Clayton on congas and Hayward on drums filled with Payne on keys and of course Barre and Lowell on guitars and vocals. Please welcome Little Feat

One of the greatest American Rock Bands! They were born out of Frank Zappa’s Mother’s of Invention. This whole album with the ToP horns is one of my fav live albums. Check out “Fat Man in the Bathtub” off this album too!

I was living in the Kappa Sigma Fraternity at U. N. C. Chapel Hill in 1978. We got high every single day. My closet friend got this L. P. He had a system that sounded so great and so loud. Lowell George is the lead singer. I absolutely hated the day he died., but he was a hard partier also. It's amazing I'm still alive. By God's Grace.

If you get the time darlin', listen to the album in it's entirety. It's a great time capsule of the group at that stage. Try Live at Neon Park for a capsule of the second iteration of the group.

Ever hear of Earth Wind and Fire? If not, you have now. They're providing the brass in this cut. And, by the way: This is Rock and Roll, this isn't church music. R&R isn't from legitimate society. Never was. Never will. If you're listening to "mainstream rock" guess what...it ain't the real deal.
