Little girls cries and can't explain why she's sad in funny video

Father-of-two Willie Mack from East Liverpool, Ohio shared a video of this daughter on Facebook this week. The little girl is concentrating on breathing and calming herself down. She looks very sad and starts full-on crying, but can't explain to her dad why she's so upset, no matter how many times he calmly asks her. Eventually she says food and music might cheer her up, suggesting watching Fraggle Rock and eating peanut butter and jelly. The funny clip has been viewed over 13 million times so far.

This dad rocks. She does too. So human. It’s important to let people express how they’re feeling even if the reasons are unknown or hard to describe. I’m glad mindfulness is increasingly getting attention and that schools/parents introduce this to our youth. It’s much better to be in touch with our emotions and unabashedly share them with our loved ones than to bottle things up. And breathing really helps. Years ago, these concepts would have been dismissed as some hippy jargon, but it’s gaining traction and what the world has always needed. Kindness, understanding, and empathy are golden.

You can be sad or crying and we don't need to have necessarily a reason, sometimes never exists. And when a kid is crying, you can't tell him not to cry (I know in this video he's letting her cry), but they can feel free to express emotions and vulnerable feelings

Experts on here diagnosing the little girl with depression based off of a 2 minute video- go study child psychology, early education or simply work with children to some extent, you'll soon learn it is very common for children to become upset while not realising the cause or simply not yet be able to articulate the reason. Often at this age, they simply cry when they're tired or hungry.
