I can kind of relate to that, I'm currently in waiting to see doctors to see if I have either Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia or a thyroid issue myself.. alongside issues I already have. So, basically, the synopsis of the video is, Gaga went to the Armenian Film Festival. On her way back, she has an episode due to not having her pills. Always great reaction! The heartbreak I felt on a few watches after when I clicked that she had driven her bike into traffic on purpose and unfortunately caused a huge accident in the process. The way she reacts when she is brough back to consciousness, there is so much apologising and a sense of shame and guilt for what has happened and the first question she asked pretty much was "did anyone die?" Then she has the epiphany after the near death experience that she is actually afraid of dying. I can't watch it without getting teary now, to think of how powerful and influencial and kind this woman is and to imagine her struggling with such dark thoughts during her psychosis is so heartbreaking.

@@volcomwave What you say is true, nevertheless, the ending scene shows how 2 firemen are assisting the rich man with his shortness of breathe (considering his car is unscathed, his life was not visibly in immediate danger), yet the woman is left alone with his companion, and only a traffic officer looking at them rather awkardly every now and then. If the man is dead, afaik, procedure would be to prepare the body to be transported and declared "death on arrival" and desirably some emotional support. Yes, the paramedic checked his life signs once at the beginning of the dream, but Gaga's message could be a probable representation of america's current health system, where if you lack insurance/resources or are subject to any kind of discrimination, you're on very much on your own, and getting medical attention will leave you indebt for life.

I have been dissected it for hours and got so hyped as you were dissecting the video and getting more excited. I also never caught the 1 sec frame you caught and have seen other reviews and no one else has found it! I almost screamed tbh! I thought you skipped to the end by accident! You may not see this. But your ability to interpret Gaga’s artistic vision is actually so beautifully impressive. It took people hours of research to come to the conclusions that you have come to on your first viewing of this video.
