She explained how this song is actually about an antipsychotic medication named olanzapine that saved her life in relation to mental illness (my biggest enemy is me, pop a 911) when she was rushed to the E.R due to a psychotic break. The same thing happened to me and I had to be put on the same exact medication, she stated how her whole body went numb, she could do nothing but scream. Its terrifying and nobody should ever have to experience a psychotic break, it is absolutely horrifying and indescribable when you’re completely ripped from reality, feeling like you’re trapped in an endless void, you feel like everything is out to hurt or kill you, becoming completely and absolutely emotionally blunted unable to express any feelings, completely dissociated from reality, unable to come to terms with or make any sense of anything or anyone around you, completely lost. There is truly nothing more traumatic than a psychotic break. Recovery time is different for everyone, it can take as little as 1 week to over a year. I am just happy I survived and am still alive to inform people and share my experience about this grave and perilous state of mind, to let people know how crucial mental health actually is.

For those who didn't understand the video: - Red anklet signifying her injured leg - guy slamming his face in pillow is him receiving impact from the crash - him being covered by the shroud by the EMT - followed shortly by the male approaching a woman and holding her back is the male EMT holding back the crowd (edit: not holding her back, EMT is checking the on the person who died in the crash) - Gaga in the green dress ascending (to heaven/dying) being tethered back to earth/life by them must represent them using a defibrillator and bringing her back to life. - yellow ribbon surrounding them is the crime scene tape - This song is about suicide, so the LG advertise in the end is a message of Life is good. -The white wall has the accident scene draw on it. - The snake could mean the medicine simble. -The woman wearing blue in the beggining is the pedestrian across the street. - The woman holding the mummy is the one holding another victim of the accident on the street. -The mirror light reflecting in Gaga's face is the light of the paramedic's lantern in her eye to check if she is alive. - 2:30 the man opening his mouth is the paramedic trying to do CPR

Salim Alrubkhi it was in the movie ‘color of pomegranate’ which is where these scenes originate, as well as, he is the same man in the end shots that the airbag hit him. That’s why the guy placed that tin foil blanket around him. About product placement: LG wasn't picked by accident, once it can also surprisingly be an abbreviation for Lady Gaga. It was shown right after she said she didn't want to die, with a message on the screen "LG Life's Good". It's all part of the music and video contexts

I'm all for this kinda product placement, one that actually makes sense.

See now that’s just smart product placement.

she didn't take her pain meds and hurt her ankle while biking, which caused her fibromyalgia to disturb the pain signals to a point where her mental instability makes her steer her bike into the traffic. She crashed into the car of the guy hitting his head against the air bag and caused the other driver to run over the man on the street who died on impact (first aid worker checking his pulse and moving on). She herself has critically hurt her head and internal injuries (symbolised by all red elements of her outfits). Still without pain medication, her fibromyalgia sky rockets (symbolised by the spiky elements of her outfits) and heavily influences the way her mind tries to process the trauma by connecting and twisting everything she saw last (the movie poster, guy hitting his head against the air bag...) and what she is subconsciously noticing around her while drifting away (the man lying dead on the street with the woman kneeling over him, the bystanders, the first aid workers arriving and moving around the scene etc). After nearly slipping away and having a near death experience, she is successfully resuscitated, however she still isn't breathing on her own (red lung outfit) and has ventricular fibrillations, which is treated by the male first aid worker (mouth to mouth, cpr) while the defibrillator is brought out. After finally receiving medication and an electric shock she eventually regains consciousness and comes back to her senses, realises what she has done and is filled with deep remorse (her yelling did anybody die? I'm sorry! I don't want to die). There are a lot more details

It's so funny watching his reaction to the transition of Chromatica ll to 911 because it's the same like everyone else had when they heard it back when the album was released. It's all late, but still has the same effect on ppl I see 😂
