And all may have serious health issues. The little boy already had leg surgery and it didnt seem to help at all so far. The girl has eye issues and could have lifelong problems. Well at least lazy Tori is home to take care of them when ahea not plopping one on a rock with rushing water and telling him if he falls in she wont rescue him. Then she leaves the little girl on a counter and turns her back. I have watched this "mother" taking care of these kids. The best thing she could do is to get a job and hire someone to take care of the kids. That wayat least they would be safe.

Matt talked nonstop about “the legacy” from this farm, and had put his kids in a place of needing to get his approval over it. Amy and Matt talked about wanting to keep it for the family, and Amy sold her half to Matt under the premise that Matt would leave it to the kids - a farm they both built up. And now he’s going back on everything he pretended to stand for - it like he didn’t know his dad at all.

First Matt has a right to do what ever he wants with his money and property. ..but consequences. Also, I am only speculating. Looking in from the outside, there are two issues. First the farm...and it's not about the money. I believe it is about how Matt treated both boys. Zach has said his whole life the one constant about his future was the "The Legacy of the farm. " Season after season I heard Matt say he was "building a legacy "to pass on to his children. For Matt in the end.....the "Legacy" was not the most important thing to him. I will quote Matt, "This was business, That's what Zach did not understand. It was just business" For Zach and Jeremy it was not business. Zach finally understood where Matt's priorities were when the price Matt offered to sell Zach the farm was more than he could ever afford....it was like torture to Zach and intentionally hurtful. 2nd issue; Caryn...at the time she was Matt's girl friend. Not fiancé, Things could be awkward at times, but the kids were nice to Caryn. In hindsight I am not sure how much they trusted her. Then Caryn got involved in sale of the farm. "business" Sharing in a confessional that she had no idea what Zach and tori were so upset about, that neither she or Matt had done anything wrong so she had no way to "fix" things. Zach and Tori believe Caryn should have stayed out of it...she was not family. I also think there is more hard feelings about Caryn that have not been made public.

Amy you're married now so why are you still going in on Matt? Focus on you and Chris. Same for Tori and Zach. You bought a beautiful home for your family so live happily ever after already. MATT convinced Amy to sell him the 30 acres and house at BELOW market value at 600k, with the understanding he would pass that savings on to his kids when they were ready to buy....the legacy he kept preaching. BUT the first thing he did was cut the land in HALF to 16 acres but did not cut the price tag in half, but instead he quadrupled the price to 4 million. He tried to screw over his kids...half the land for that much money? Jeremy felt angry over it and walked out. Jermey walking away, Zach stepped up to make an offer. Matt did the same thing. THIS is why they are mad, and Caryn stuck her nose in and got snotty and Tori took offense to how Caryn spoke to her man....a cardinal sin. Now Matt has no relationship with Jeremy or his kids either....Matt was a jerk for that and you reap what you sow.

@Kelsea Caesar I agree Matt encouraged the idea of at least Jeremy taking over the running of the farm because he did wish to have his children remain living on the farm and he dreamed of having grandchildren enjoy the farm. Matt is one of a kind and he is kind of annoying. Matt and Amy did not know each other very long before they married and it is probably amazing they stayed together as long as they did. The family was in danger of losing the farm when they decided to do the show which was something Amy resented. I think the older boys do want the farm but I am not sure either would be up for the task or happy doing all the work. The show brought a lot of revenue and opportunities. It is amazing it lasted so long. The show was in danger of being canceled after Matt's court case. Matt also had the stool company with Mike who passed away suddenly. Matt and Amy need to think about Molly and Jake. I hope they figure it out. I don't think the family fight makes for good entertainment. Amy has her faults too.

My mom has willed it to my youngest brother out of 6 of siblings BECAUSE he sacrificed his life for 20 years to care for her and the property after our dad passed away. Zach nor his brother should be labeled entitled like you did because each one of them tried to BUY the house that they where raised in which also included some acreage, the NEVER once asked that it should be given to them!!! However, Matt on the other hand had dollar signs flashing in front of his eyes and raised the price up so high that neither Zach or his brother could afford it! Even Amy’s husband who is a realtor said that he was very surprised at the price tag Matt has put on the house and property which ought to tell you something! She sold it for 600K....he cut the land in HALF, but did not HALF the price, but asked 4 million....THAT is the crux of that issue....he was all for legacy when he wanted to buy cheap from AMY but sure changed his tune, when he kept HALF the land and quadrupled the price tag. I hate to say this...but Matt is right about his kids thinking their entitled to this farm and the land. He mentioned in last week's episode between him and Amy that the kids were horrible with help taking care of their home and land. The kids would drink soda and just throw cans and trash all over the property. He mentioned how the kids would break windows all over the property. Basically, just how irresponsible and spoiled they were. Amy said Matt was just as responsible as she was. Matt would buy 4 wheelers and whatever the kids wanted. I feel Matt was being a great parent(spoiling them...too). He was doing what most parents would do for their kiddos, IF they could afford it. Where they (Amy and Matt) messed up was explaining to their kids...that they should appreciate and be respectful to their home and land. And that they are very fortunate to live and have such things. AND...their home property is also a business. And that they need to help keep the property looking clean. Matt, also didn't want to sell his sons the property because they couldn't keep up with the needed repairs. He ultimately would have to do the repairs himself... whilst they get to enjoy the nice property. In other words, Matt should of kept the property for himself...if he's doing ALL the work. I understand where Matt's coming from. Amy on the other hand is just being a protective mom. Who's coddling her kids. She keeps alot of shit stirred up, in my opinion. Her husband Chris wants to do the right thing BUT he's now married to Amy. This is why Amy hates Chris' and Matt's relationship. The whole show is a mess right now. However, I still love LPBW. I'm a diehard fan since the very beginning.

Why was Caryn even sitting in on that negotiation meeting in the first place? These negotiations should have been between Matt and his son's. And if Matt felt that the boys weren't going to run the property properly he should have told them that he wasn't even considering them as a buyers and I thought the point of having property and a legacy was to pass it on to your children and keep it going.

Ungrateful Tori and Zach tend to forget that Caryn and Matt were filmed by TLC cameras changing Lilah's diaper when Tori went to hospital for the birth of the 3rd child. All I saw was much love and caring for the child by Matt and Caryn. What many people do not realize is that Tori in a covert manner has effectively add logs of timber to the blazing fire between Matt and his sons. She's very devious and overtly rude towards Matt while her low IQ husband allows her to carry out her evil intentions. But, there again, does anyone really know why Tori got married to Matt? Was it love for a severely deformed and undereducated man or the possibility of being co-owner of the farm? I'm reminded of a classic Shakespeare quotation, "Yon Cassius has a lean and hungry look. I've watched this show from the beginning and I find Tori and Zack to be hypocritical. Before the farm deal went south, they were very much "Team Matt and Caryn." When they didn't get their way, they cut them out of their lives. This season, Zack and Tori are constructing almost another house on their property to serve as a work space so Zack can learn to "tinker" on his property. They're grownups now so they need to be on their own and have a relationship with their parents. Life changes very quickly; Matt made decisions and it's his property. He stated that they wanted it cheap and they wanted him to stick do the work!

Tori and her feud with Audrey has driven a wedge between Zach and Jeremy, now she is encouraging him to hold a grudge against his father. Tori was Molly's friend, and she has distant herself from her now it is Caryn's fault get rid of her who's next. Tori and Zach thought they could hang around until Matt just handed over everything to them which is not fair to the other siblings. The way they use those kids against Matt as pawns is despicable Tori is the bigger problem in my opinion.

When Matt talked about legacy of the farm him and Amy were still married then .Everything changed when they got divorced.Matt has said numerous times that he wanted to be fair to all four kids . He wanted zack and Jeremy to run it together but they didn’t want that .The farm is what it is because of Matt he worked for years on that place .Amy always called him a dreamer .Jeremy actually loved farm work and I believe he would have done well but zack doesn’t take the initiative like Jeremy.I think using the grandkids as a pawn is horrible . The kids love them . Amy could have given her part to her kids but she didn’t .She could have even sold it to them with a family discount.Everybody says caryn is the problem she might be who knows but tori is a big problem too .

I have always found Tori and Zach 's behavior in this part to be entitled and selfish. It's okay to have a disagreement and even spend time apart when you feel slighted by a family member or friend. To kind of force it off as it being Caryn playing a primary role is wrong. They're mad because they didn't want to pay the money that it would take to buy mat out of the farm. I've been in a position with my inlaws similar to this. They treated us terrible. And cut us out of a business we starred. We let lots of money go for peace we didn't talk to them for a year and the business went under without us. After a year they reached out and we let bygones be bygones and are glad that's in the past. They have admitted faults and we have been able to move forward in a healthy relationship.
