A PAIR of twins are some of the rarest in the world due to one having Down’s Syndrome and one not. Julia and Michael Toronzcak, share everything in life except a single chromosome, which meant Michael was born with severe Down syndrome. There are currently no statistics on the chances of one twin being born with Down syndrome, making the 22-year-olds from San Diego, California one of the rarest twins in the world.

I didnt know that it was possible to have twins with one being affected by a disorder while the other doesnt. Very interesting to see Edit: i understand the difference between fraternal twins and identical twins. It really just never occurred to me to think about this. Similarly, as someone who does not live in the caribbean, i had no idea that people in the caribbean islands drove on the left side of the road. It makes sense though, as does the fact that fraternal twins can develop completely differently due to not being made of the same sperm. I just never really had to think about it before. I hope that their parents were able to make arrangements for Michael to live in a place for adults, where he can be safe, happy, and independent later on, when his sister isn't in a position to be a full-time care-giver. It's clear from this video that there won't ever be a time when she will be able to look after him by herself in addition to doing anything else. Michael is very sweet and loving, but his care is a lot of work that doesn't necessarily have to be done only by immediate family.

You know I know a friend of mine. Her older sister suffered from kidney failure since the age of 9 yrs old. And now her sister is 33 and on a wheelchair and she lived with my friend and her husband and they take care of her very lovingly. No need to abandon your sibling I think. They can still live together if they think that is the best option and if that is too hard for her she can hire a caregiver

I I am a twin as well and I definitely agree 100% that the twin Bond is definitely miraculous! Definitely we can always speak and finish each other's sentences, even when we are a thousand miles away from each other we had felt what the other was feeling and thought what the other was thinking and this happened for 44 years and 4 years ago my twin died unexpectedly in her sleep, I was at a friend's house and we had just talked like two weeks before that and throughout our whole lives, that we wanted to go together when we died and if the other was to go first we definitely made a pact that we would find a way to let each other know we are in spirit world and the beauty of it and letting each other know we are around in the spirit and we always believe that we were Souls with spirits in a body, I definitely believe that we would still communicate if the other was to die first! Then two weeks after that conversation I was talking to her on the phone, and we both decided we were tired and going to take a nap and to call each other when we wake up! During that nap I dreamed that we were riding Dolphins holding onto hands and the most beautiful peaceful feeling with laughter that I've ever felt in my entire life! Then I was getting ready to call her as I was telling my friend about the dream, however then I received the phone call that said she died in her sleep during that nap!😢😢😢 I basically had to be taken to the hospital and sedated! But the past 4 years I've been battling terminal illnesses and fighting back hard! And I know that my twin is with me everyday and I talked to her and I feel her presence and she is definitely showed me beautiful visions and dreams that is in the spirit world and as well has made it clear that life is like a puzzle and each piece of that puzzle is our life and everything we go through, we will understand that better when we are in the spirit world and understand why certain things happened and why certain things didn't happen, and I believe in my heart and soul that there is a spirit world there is a heaven there is a God and his son Jesus and the gifts of the Holy Spirit because I feel it daily and I seen it miraculously through my twin!
