@@blayneL2024 nice job young man! My friends and I Started Liking Country When I was a teen and I'd listen to all the 90s country as a teen from 2000 to 2006 it was all still playing on the radio and some of it still does these days. Lots of good early 2000s country songs that are considered 90s country as well. I'll go ahead and give you some advice from your future 19 year old self...you gotta start learning to love 70's & 80s classic rock.... most of them Classics you've probably already heard that everyone listens to in college... (The best my favourite)Tom Petty. John Mellencamp, Rolling Stones Aerosmith Journey Guns N Roses Van Halen Pink Floyd Whitesnake AC DC Bruce Springsteen Fleetwood Mac The Who "teenage wasteland" Now you're ready for college!

So was the radio in my hospital room, and my bedroom. I can yell the name and artist of damn near any country song from the 80s and 90s, and even some from the 70s, within the first few notes. My dad says it’s not a gift, but my other friends think it’s funny and cool. One of my friends calls it a neat party trick, and says I would make a fantastic DJ. But, DJs nowadays don’t have what control they used to.

"Little Red Rodeo" was written by Phil Vassar, Charlie Black, and Rory Bourke, and performed by Collin Raye. The song tells the story of a man who leaves a note in a "candy apple red" Isuzu Rodeo. The woman finds the note and realizes that he is not looking for a permanent relationship. The man then drives off in the Rodeo. "Little Red Rodeo" was released to country radio stations on December 19, 1997, as the third and final single from Collin Raye's Epic Records compilation album "The Best of Collin Raye: Direct Hits" (1997). "Little Red Rodeo" was peaked at #46 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles and Tracks Chart on December 20, 1997, charting for 22 weeks. "Little Red Rodeo" also peaked at #3 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles and Tracks Chart on March 14, 1998. Collin Raye performed "Little Red Rodeo" on the CBS show "Walker, Texas Ranger." The song was featured in the Season 5 episode "The Soul of Winter" that aired on April 25, 1998. "Little Red Rodeo" is a song by Collin Raye about a man who leaves a note in a "candy apple red" Isuzu Rodeo. The woman finds the note and realizes that he is not looking for a permanent relationship. The man then drives off in the Rodeo. In the second verse of "Little Red Rodeo," the narrator stops at a gas station. The attendant acknowledges that the narrator's former lover was there and expected the narrator to chase after her. The narrator in "Little Red Rodeo" is closing in on the Isuzu Rodeo but has not yet caught up with it. Will he succeed? Will she find him? The man then drives off in the Rodeo. The song's music video was directed by Steven Goldmann. It features Collin Raye as a rodeo clown who is apprehended by other rodeo clowns, played by members of Raye's band. Collin Raye wears a cowboy hat while singing at a rodeo with an old-fashioned microphone. The video also shows Raye singing in a makeup room.👍
