The pet shops in the United States are nothing like this there is like half an aisle for Guinea pigs and most it not good for them.

Katherine Stepanski i live in the us and i thought my guinea pig had mites so i took it into the vet and i didn’t have mites it only had gotten bit by my other guinea pig. i wanted to get him a treat i always get him from the pet store. i went into the pet store and the lady looked at my guinea pigs scab and she said “i think your guinea pig has mites buy this” i didn’t buy it and just left the store right then and there

I got 3 a year ago we named them spud sugar and pepper. they were on some of my moms boyfriend friends door step and we took them in. Saddly one passed away he was sick thought. RIP Pepper💙

We have that hay house! We got it for my girls when we moved last year (and have replaced it twice since) and absolutely love it. They also used to have that hay tunnel earlier in the video as a gift for last year's christmas.

That round hay bale is mini so cute , my husband makes big ones 350 kg. They look the same only bit bigger 👍🏻if you can wash the pillow cover than put inside the a plastic bag where you put the pillow in than the you put the cover on than they can use it always when the pee on it you can wash only the cover. My dog have pillows and the cover is mostly washable.

What a selection that store had. We have nothing like that here in the USA. Least not in Maine where I live. They do have the hay house at Pet Smart here but they are over $20. American. The US is geared more towards dogs and cats. So had to find things for piggies.. Every now and then I can snag a bag of forage at Wal Mart, but have yet to find any pea flakes. Thankfully there are pea flakes in the forage bags.

We have hay bales like that in the US (but they’re for cows and huge) the cows eat the middle out of the bale and then the outer part of the bale can be eaten or used as shelter. If the bale is similar to that for your piggies it would be a fun food/toy for them.

In my local Pets at Home we have something like the hay houses but instead are called ‘Carrot Cottages’ and the only difference is the roof has little bits of dried carrot on top of it. Other than that they’re the same thing
