Amazing!! I find this characterisation of Takua (one of my favourite characters) perhaps a little harsh, but I'm sure it'll be all the more satisfying to see him become a hero for it. The design is excellent, of course, but for me the real star of the show is Fiddler Pewku. Gorgeous, *gorgeous* bio-inspired design, I'm a huge fan!

I love your redesigns and some reimaginings of the stories behind characters. The only thing that bugged me here was about Jaller being there with Takua more of a duty than friendship. That's... Well, I simply can't understand what was so wrong with the friendship, that you've decided to change it (except it'll gonna develop later, maybe).

This is the first I've heard of this project, and I'm blown away by the amount of dedication involved! The quality looks so high, and it's amazing to see the painstaking process of stop motion animation, and every bit of lighting and set design, being applied to something Bionicle related. I always liked Takua as a character, notably for his youthful personality and..., Foolery at times! Puku also I often preferred as being rather fun loving, almost like a dog, as well as the "Crab Speech" she makes often, especially from the Mask of Light Film! I'd definitely love to see some scenes of her reflecting such compassion to her friend.

The way you applied colored paints on takuas limbs has a nice rough and hand painted texture compared to the natural texture of the dirt on puku. Like the matoran put effort into keeping cleaner than they would be otherwise.

Never dealt with recasts, what is the difference between them? Sounds potentially useful.

@@LittleBrotherhoodStudios resin is cheap but probably as brittle as the neon green joints and can be any color, I’d be willing to give away recast bricks made for practice in using it if you’re ok with the breaking risk combined with imperfections in the recasts, which honestly could be turned into weathering on your models
