Speaking for the old, broken down athletes of the world with multiple hip surgeries, I feel like this video could also be called... "You're old and need a hip replacement if these make you cry..." 🤣Thanks as always, T, these are going in the stretching routine!

I'm pushing 40 years old, I hiked and hiked the Sawtooths mountains, trinity mountains, and Owyhee mountains many years for work and pleasure... The problem is I virtually never stretched for around 15 years or more, the pain in my hips started to become absolutely unbearable. Anyway--I can definitely give testimony to the importance of a video like this having bad hips will absolutely ruin your fun.

I learned a similar lesson the hard way as well…I thought I got plenty of exercise because I walk my dog three times a day…turns out walking/hiking just doesn’t get you the full range of motion in your hips and doesn’t cancel out sitting for 8 hours a day. I started having pain in my early 30s btw.

@@noronahahaha Yeah, unfortunately exercise without stretching just isn't enough. It wasn't for me at least.

As someone who's just in the beginning of her fitness journey and still a newbie on it all. I really appricate you breaking the excercising down like this. That way even I get to do them correctly.

I've been working on my cosak squats in my warm ups at the gym before my workouts. Incredibly helpful, it's improved my overall strength and I'm finding I can go longer on lower body exercises.

Someone recovering from injury right here. I ruptured my bicep tendon in my planche and one arm pull-up training and just am not confident in my strength/rom right now. Thank you for your vids they are helping me stay positive and patient in my rehab/recovery 🥲

Wow, I can bench and pull up with 1.75 my bodyweight, but I struggle with the beginner exercises in this video. 😂My hip mobility is 💩 I'd love to see one of these videos for shoulder mobility. I'm pretty sure a lack of shoulder mobility is preventing me from doing HSPUs. Edit: Ahh, I found your shoulder video. Perfect.

A few years ago (at about age 65), I added some full range squats with very light weight (as much as a counter balance as added resistance). I'm glad I did. But these are different, looking forward to incorporating some of this. The first exercise even, I had a bit of trouble understanding the third part of the move (knee up and to the side were basic, but the next part was a bit hard to know exactly what path was taken). I have also recently noticed that the walking and wee bit of jogging I do has really tightened the quads, so work to do there. I enjoy your videos, thanks!

Such perfect timing as I subluxed (partially dislocated) my left hip last week (I have genetic issue making me hypermobile)… so this will be amazing exercises once I am allowed!!
