Yes I agree with you 100% I feel in love with her in just a few seconds😊 Because I'm 62 yr. and have health issues that started with my stroke then I broke my patella on my knee & hurt the other knee and tore all the ligaments and tendons on both ankles so I was in a wheelchair then I used to Walker then again which I took myself off of 3 years ago because I made up my mind I was going to try harder to walk without it. I feel this young lady can help to strengthen my Lambs where that I can have a better life.

Ok did a full set today will try another set later. Had right hip replacement 2022, LTKR 9/23, RTKR 12/23, Osteoarthritis. So with the regular PT I’m doing your exercises feel good addition. Thank you for explaining how they work which helps to understand how important they are.

I have had hip osteo for 5 or 6 years now,fortunately not getting worse. I take smaller steps than usual,but can walk with slight to moderate pain. Co-workers say I limp walking across the office. Funny thing is *one* day I was able to walk normally,with full range of motion,and I hadn't been doing any hip exercises! Sadly,that was temporary,and I am back to a restricted range of motion. Eager to try the exercises in this video!

In my experience, PT has involved static stretches that don't always feel so good for hip OA...I guess a one-size fits all approach that my insurance will pay for. Consequently, it is hard to be consistent with the exercises introduced. I appreciate these gentle hip OA relief exercises presented in a way that encourages adding them more of a consistent routine. I do use them to especially calm flareups and improve challenging mobility issues...they are very effective. Thank you.

I think I have an exceptionally tight glute (min, med) on my left side because when I do this one it really hurts at the top of the bend. Almost like it's bumping over the top of the femur. I'll just take it slow. The others are divine! Thank You
