[LIVE] 2 Shiny Zigzagoon after 974 and 1,227 REs in Sapphire

2 Shiny Zigzagoon after a quick number of encounters! I found one during the first phase of my Shroomish hunt and then another recently while hunting Taillow. I know Zigzagoon isn't the most exciting shiny in the wild but it was something I didn't have a live video of on my channel. I decided to combine these two just for archiving my shinies here.
I actually really like the Zigzagoon line. It's a nice shiny, it has Pickup & they can be shiny HM users which is always useful.

Ouchies on the 2 Zigzagoons! I actually got my own shiny Taillow on Saturday when I restarted a new file in Petalburg woods. I was just looking for a Slakoth and she appeared! Because I picked Treecko and didn't have any other team members yet, I was afraid I'd fail her due to her already knowing Peck. But one Absorb and a single PokéBall, she caught right away. She's now a beautiful Swellow. I wish you luck on your Taillow and hope you get it soon :)

Zigzagoon is currently my only Gen 3 shiny when I random encountered it when I was training my Aron in Sapphire, though I did start (but haven't continued recently) soft resetting for shiny Kyogre in Sapphire and running away for shiny Groudon in Emerald

Man it would have been cool if you were able to do the showcase on a Colosseum file before beating it (you can't trade until you beat it, right?) I don´t know much about the channel but since you got shiny Manaphy you could try to hunt Antique shiny Sinistea in SwSh, it is a very rare shiny and can be even more rare if it has a rare mark or star sparkle

Question for any "pro shiny hunter": I have a sapphire game that's (most likely) legit, but the battery ran dry on it, so I wanna know if RE hunts are affected. I know SR hunts are like emerald, but I don't know if RE work like normal. I also have a ruby cart, but it's definitely fake cuz the save got wiped after I tried to transfer to a ds game, so I don't wanna bother hunting on that game.

RE's are not affected by a dry battery. You can hunt all you'd like on those without having to worry about any issues. Hope this helped! :)
