This is actually one of the best escapes in the Bond movies. Not only because it doesn't rely on flash trickery or gadgetry, but because they actually set that up to cater to the audiences' expectations - then cockily throw it away as being too easy. Simple, direct, inspired writing.

Roger Moore was great ! Great Film from circa 1978 called 'The Wild Geese' about a bunch of mercenaries on ill-fated rescue mission in Africa - Roger Moore , Richard Burton , Richard Harris - all in great form . Plenty of action & suspense.

The reason why Klaus Kinski never played the villain: Kinski would have simply shot Bond at the first opportunity, without any frills.

Today, Philadelphia’s City Council passed a bill banning the police’s use of “less lethal” munitions in its response to protests. This decision comes after our Visual Investigation of a protest that began peacefully, but ended with officers using tear gas and pepper spray on the crowd: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mKXcgJh-paqHnJo

Nope. To me the most terrifying scene will always be the scene where a man's head explodes inside a decompression chamber in License to Kill. That's truly terrifying and gruesome.
