Der Mann ist wie ein Magnet ,authentisch, lustig und ehrlich . Er müsste noch mehr Tische und Pavillon aufstellen. Tolle Koch essen sieht phantastisch aus. Have to say I feel sorry for the people waiting to eat. Too many customers drinking and "hanging out". Abe-san could make much more profits if he limited the time people just sat and drank. I am aware that for the sake of good business, it is rude and would offend his customer's, but it is obvious that some regular customers are also there for "camera time". I have been watching Abe-and for a while now and I recognize a few regular customers. However, if I ever got a chance to visit Abe-san, I would be more considerate of the people waiting.

In my opinion it's disrespectful to the owner when people are blocking seats with drinking while people are waiting to buy something to eat.

I'm sure that profit is not on the top of his priority list. The way I think about it, he acts like a facilitator for people to find a good hangout moment, to help a customer being themselves in the moment, whether via talking, or just sitting there and quietly eating. His foods & drinks, while being at the center of focus, are just there for the sake of tagging along with the vibe. If someone's really hungry, there're millions of ways to feed yourself while you're in Japan. Most foreigners are there for curiosity anyway, and therefore may not fully understand the philosophy of his yatai, or any other yatai, in this sense.

@@celeschil007 and you don't seem to understand that bills have to be paid. And I'm pretty sure that the rent for the "parking space" is not cheap. And these bills are not getting paid by people who only want to hang out and drink a beer. I could say the same as you, that when you only want to hang out and drink a beer there are enough bars🤷‍♀️. Enjoy your time at the Yatai while you eat and drink something, but don't block the seats while others are waiting in line because they want to eat something, only because you want to "hang out".

This the first time, Abe-san's live made me uncomfortable to watch. .. as too many people occupied chairs & many were waiting. occupying seats for 2 hrs are too much time for a small place like this. people were in waiting & that was visible from the place these long-timers were sitting, still they are not leaving, is not acceptable. live stream might be one reason. I don't understand their behaviour. i usually watch these live stream to calm myself but i will not watch this particular live stream again. my apologies to youtube channel creator, but i can not accept such behaviour.
