7 years late but wanted to say thanks anyways. Seems like an excellent way to progress into human flag. I wanted to have a fun fitness project for 2024. Human Flag might be it. :) Not sure yet. Will do some testing using the ideas in this videos and see if it seems feasible for me to invest time. Might be lacking the necessary athleticism and in that case it's not worth it to attempt it yet.

Hi John, no! You need to make sure you rest and recover between sessions. Flag training should make up one part of your train or at least train different aspects on different days. If you train everyday you'll just generate too much fatigue, not recover and you'll not adapt, Rather than feeling stronger you'll feel weaker due to fatigue.
