Here's my story of how you changed my life. First I love you all dearly. For many years I have fought bipolar and anxiety disorder. I am in hospital a lot and found that I always felt so isolated from my own family. I found your channel right back when Claudia was a tiny baby. I loved video chats with my kids wonderful but it lacked that day to day real living. Your family gave me so many smiles. You're an amazing woman Andrea and without your messages of peace and wisdom my life could have been so very different. All I need to do is put on one of your uploads and it calms me. So I am trying to say that you have literally saved my life more than once. I really mean that. Thank you. No matter which direction this channel takes or how many haters or nit pickers you endure always remember you have changed the course of someones life for the good. You rock girl!

Wanted to go back and watch this after Andrea’s passing. It breaks my heart all over again for her that she dealt with the rude nature of people and their nit picky and negative comments. I always loved her videos beforehand. It was her vulnerability in this moment where I felt like she could be my soul sister. I could tell she had a strong sense of empathy and absorbed the emotions from others. She was a fellow INFJ like me. Like Tom, my husband is an INTJ. Your two personalities show so well in this video...a feeler and a thinker with mutual love and respect. 😍Awww...she had such a sweet and beautiful spirit!

Andrea, I’m an Australian mom of one with little in common with you, that’s why I watch you. You are interesting, a very strong woman and great mom. I think people forget that their ‘advice’ is largely unwanted and that you get a lot of ‘advice’. We are all human and few live life under a microscope with an ongoing commentary. I understand it’s hard to filter it out, know we watch because you provide something we like.

The internet makes it too easy to say something without thinking about how that person would feel! I always try to write positive comments but I know sometimes things don’t come across the way I mean them. You are my favorite KZbin channel and sometimes I wonder why I am drawn to you more than other vlogs that are about the same subject. I think it is because you, Andrea, feel like a real friend! Your genuineness comes through in all your videos-your so friendly and sweet and I just know you would make a great friend in real life because you are such a kind and loving person! I am 68 and because of life threatening burns received in a bushfire ( I live in Australia ) I need to live a very quiet and restricted every day life now. Andrea, you being so open about what's going on with you deeply touched me. I just wanted to hug you. It doesn't matter to me what videos you share, I watch them because I enjoy your family. You will find a new goal. I'm sure of that. I always wanted a large family. I only have 2 kids but I look after 6 more kids during the week. So I have a large family for 55 hours a week. Take all the time you need to figure things out. Just know there are a lot of us who have your back no matter what. It made me sad that people criticize you so much. I like seeing how others do things. Especially if I can learn something new. Take care! I do miss your sit down chats.

Love watching your videos. I live alone in Norfolk England and work full time so our lives are so very different but I think that is why I so enjoy seeing your lives and hearing your views. It upsets me that people can be negative or nit pick....if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything, if you don't like your videos or enjoy seeing your family then don't watch. I have unsubscribed from 3 youtubers as I decided they weren't for me but never felt the need to be negative. About a year ago, I did a Bible study called Anxious for Nothing, by Max Lucado, that was great. It is always good to know we are not alone in our struggles!

We’ve got a Bamboo “forest” in our backyard. However we just bought this house and it was here before we moved in. But I’m in MD and we get about 3-4 months of snow a year so it doesn’t have to be tropical. I think planting it correctly is the key!

Those of you who were the nit pickers,Angela led a wonderful life and was an awesome mother and wife. I enjoyed and still watch her videos. Angela now sits with the Lord! Only proves God has a place for those who live by Him and worship him. Way too young,but God wanted her to go home. Sad for the family,but I think Tom will continue Angela’s legacy! The Lord has led her to a channel it's called She Moved Mountains and she tells why the Lord gave her this name. She knows the Lord wants her to speak things. I'm only sharing this because Andrea you're a mother you know what the Lord has shown you and your family I know what the Lord has shown me and now it's fun to watch the Next Generation. It's going to be so fun to see what the Lord goes with your children. I wish my children grew up with what your children have I am with the Lord's help picking up pieces and I share with my children about your channel and I know my daughter follows you. Hi there you all ,Andrea the world has plenty of haters , i used to write a lot on Facebook but ended up using a lot of deletes ,the bad vibes can drag you to such a bad place , i try and look at it as them suffering , a person does not focus on negatives unless that is all they have in there life , lol i have nothing in common with you at all , but you have something that i never did family watching the support and love you guys show is refreshing ,keep going ,being you ignore them haters and know even though i have nothing in common with you apart from the herbs and love of natural cures , and also a love of dogs i find your videos interesting , informative and real , i wish the world had more Mills it would be a better place

I don’t think I’ve commented before but you should know I think you are a wonderful person, mom, wife, teacher, shopper, budgeter and organizer. I just love all of your family. Life has taken hubby and I far away from where we began. He was in the military. I grew up in a small farming town. Now we live in a suburb of Houston. It doesn’t matter where you live. I ended up watching this video again while working on a project, and wanted to send some encouragement. I have only known of and watched your videos for less than a year, but I absolutely love every single one I've seen. Even ones that are not directly applicable to me at the moment, such as the birthing ones (I'm single and getting too old to have kids even if I were to find a husband, outside of a miracle, yet still found them enjoyable and informative.). I'm not sure I can put my thoughts into words so well, but it is your family and the attitudes, relationships, faith, harmony, peace, love, honesty, and the like that makes your videos a blessing. Those things are what make all your videos inspirational and enjoyable to watch. Learning things, such as organizational ideas, are more like icing on the cake for me. It is a very vulnerable thing to open up your life to others, and courageous to open it to strangers around the world on video. I admire your family's openness and ability to share in this way. I totally would feel the same about the comments...both the overwhelming feeling because of my perfectionism wanting to answer every single one, and handling the critical nitpickers who can't just watch and enjoy without being opinionated. Please know that so many of us are behind you and look forward to your videos, and I will be praying that you will find your way, new vision, or purpose. My name is Colleen, I'm 46, single, am a Bible believing Christian, and live in Windsor, CO at the moment with my 2 cats, Smoky and Spunky. I grew up on a farm in N. CO, but have lived in many places across the country while teaching elementary the past almost 20 years, including Indiana, Texas, Nevada, and Virginia. About 2 years ago I moved back to CO to handle my dad's affairs after his unexpected passing. I guess in a way I've been trying to find my new purpose/path in life. Not really wanting to continue to teach in the public school system, I have been working this past year on getting an accounting certificate at a local community college, while working part time on campus. I really miss teaching as far as the kids go, but do not miss all the stress and crazy politics/mandates/testing that take away from the actual teaching and learning. I've also been getting to know family again, as we have not always been close. I will be looking for a full time job at the end of May, even though I will have 3 classes left. Not really sure where God is leading me yet, so working at not worrying about all the unknowns and trusting He will provide in His timing. That's the nutshell version of me. Hang in there and know how much you are an encouragement and blessing to so many! :)

I'm only at 14:20 but had to pause to say: I totally get your sensitivity, Andrea! ;) I am *just* as sensitive as you are, & figuring out how to ignore others' rudeness/lack of graciousness without becoming callous myself is CHALLENGING. I don't know if I'll ever figure out how to best ignore that kind of behavior coming at me, but I know I'll keep trying because I won't let miserable people make me miserable. Just my two cents: I think you shouldn't reply to those comments; simply delete those comments & try to put them out of your thoughts. Not one of your *true* "fans" would judge you for prompt deletion of any & all comments that don't promote universal love & understanding. :)
