have you went further by adding cerules stem enhance utlra, lactobacillus ruiteri yogurt from doctor davis, grounding, reverse osmosis water, high vitamin D levels, avoiding EMF's and blue light and micro plastic exposure? I believe doing all this can actually REVERSE cancer due to how long your inflammation is. EMF's from phones and electronics and bluelight really affect your mitochondrial health. Like seriously

The long term effect of constantly eating foods containing maltodextrin is that your body will begin to secrete more and more insulin. The problem with insulin is that it is a growth hormone. This allows tumor cells to grow more rapidly and causes a hormonal imbalance in the sex hormones (estrogen and testosterone).

So, my insulin levels have been at 2.5 for many years. Long before I became ketogenic/carnivore. I still test at this level. However, I have endometrial cancer and tested positive for Lynch syndrome. This is a genetic mutation where the cells repair mechanism is impaired. It often expresses as one ages. I've been through chemo for a metastasis, and now on Keytruda Immunotherapy infusions. The tumor has shrunk and is currently stable. Diet alone can not prevent such things, but it is certainly supportive. I do feel carnivore is helping me kerping up my strength and weight. Grateful for that. 🙂

@Kate-d7t
@Kate-d7t 20 күн бұрын
Omg, ever since being a kid I’ve wanted to sleep after eating!! In recent years I’ve had such trouble with fatigue that I started not eating at all just to be able to do a day’s work, which then led to other issues as I was not carnivore! The long fasting periods were the only times I felt I could do things, otherwise, I’m too low in all ways. This also meant my migraines stopped due to fasting. But once I eat again the migraines are back. The years of depression with all my eating and food issues led to my eventual relapse (in 12step recovery for years) so now, tapering down the opiate substitute meds, I HAVE to address my eating, gut and brain issues as migraines back with a vengeance and I’m trying to stay clean! I’m fascinated to see whether people feel that jumping straight in to carnivore is best way forward if very damaged, or keto first? 🙏🍁🍁🍁

I don’t pretend to be knowledgeable about cancer. My thought process is it is probably better to have the body make what is needed. As examples, D3 and ketones. Is it the high levels of these things? Or is it the process of making these things that keep us healthy? The other day Nick Norwitz was talking about how much higher his ketones are when he uses MCT oils than when he uses saturated fat. Is one better than the other? I surmise as long as the body is using the fats and protein to complete necessary processes, the fact that your body is doing the hard work of making and benefiting from the end products makes endogenous production superior to just supplementing with the end products.
@egg399.
@egg399. 26 күн бұрын
Having high ketones suppresses the cell’s requirement for glucose and as long as your glucose is fairly low your insulin will be low too. It is good to make them naturally by burning fat after you have depleted your stores you will need help by eating more fat and sometimes adding MCT oil. You can use the mct as part of therapy such as taking before getting into hbot.

I just can't eat once per day. It's not feasible. I train BJJ or weights in the evenings. I can't work a full day and train afterwards without having lunch because I can't concentrate when I'm hungry. I'd be massively under-eating if I didn't eat after training as well. It has to be two meals per day for me. Also, I find that the less I eat, the more I think about junk food and that I can't fit a full day's food into my stomach in one sitting.

once you get off of carbs your body will learn to properly absorb fats and fuel you for 18-24 hours without an issue. Anyway, eat when you feel hungry and stop when you feel full. Aim for 2:1 fat:protein at each meal and take it from there.

Can the mitochondria be damaged and therefore made vulnerable to becoming cancerous if the individual is injected with a toxic substance (that may even be specifically designed to impact the mRNA)?
@RedPilled100
@RedPilled100 26 күн бұрын
Yep one may listen to Dr.Thomas Seyfried who studied how cancer survives on glucose and glutamine through ancient fermentation pathways (problematic oxidative phosphorylation).Interestingly cancer cells cannot use fatty acids & ketones for fuel thus the ketogenic lifestyle is beneficial for halting cancer growth/metastasis. He also found that nuclei of normal cells placed in cancerous cytoplasm won't change the cancer properties of those cells therefore the cytoplasm have potentially faulty homeostasis

Same, I'm confused on this too. If I had cancer I would probably limit my protein intake to maybe 100grams a day and primarily eat animal fat and butter. Seems to be the best way, you can't eliminate glutamine without eliminating animal protein so...I guess the best approach is just eat enough for minimal maintenance and accept that ur muscle will shrink. As long as I don't have cancer I will not worry about this.

@@nalissolus9213 If you are water fasting, after 20 days( or 3 days if fat adapted) you are only losing 20 grams of protein daily although 400 grams of proteins are being recycled daily for ongoing maintenance( plenty of glutamine). Maybe 30 grams of protein would prevent muscle loss while fasting , assuming some inefficiencies. With daily eating maybe 50-60grams of protein would be enough with 280-300 grams of fat. DON seems to be the only strong glutamine inhibitor, vitamin D3 is about 20-25% effective. Look at Dr Seyfried’s protocol. It’s involved. High dose melatonin might be useful with this.

You’ve got to be careful with grounding, not everyone (especially those who are immune compromised and battling cancer) can handle such a high parasympathetic stimulus. I’ve seen many people go into a neuroprotective state while grounded. In Polyvagal Theory terminology, it’s known as a dorsal vagal flop state, where motor output is diminished, along with all autonomic functions-of particular concern in cancer sufferers would be the down-regulation of the immune system. I’ve tested this with both grounding sheets and actual earthing outdoors, with the same results consistently and repeatably.

@@anti-christ.666 I'm definitely not referring to them as a valid metric, it's just an easy way of conveying information about eating less in the context of cancer, as that's how it is referred to in the literature, calorie restricted ketogenic diets. Basically you just eat less than your body requires from an energy standpoint and this seems to help. However you do need the same amount of nutrients, which is why liver and other organs are important. But you're a totally correct, calories are overly poor wave referring to energy, but it's just an easier way to get this information across.

@anthonychaffeemd I feel honored that you responded to my question. But I do feel that continuing to use the language of a concept that we know is completely incorrect when it comes to human food consumption will only perpetuate the misunderstanding. It would be more useful to refer to food in context of volume.
