But Quinton lingers on it for almost 20 seconds whilst awkwardly shuffling around in silence. His videos contain a *lot* of completely unnecessary 'fat' that a better content creator would trim out to keep the pace going.

The two main problems with that video is that, A, it's a fictional story about attending a real life convention for big-name KZbinrs, and i think that sort of concept is going to come off as self-indulgent and slightly narcissistic unless it's paired with obvious self-awareness and a tasteful amount of self-deprecation. But then when you combined that rocky premise with, B, the production quality of an old Blues Clues episode and a condescending tone and performance like an early-grade school guest reader, then you have a great recipe for failed comedy and cringe.
