I had a thought about your opening statement. Don't you feel that if you open up with people interested in this neighbourhood, people could feel mislead if you started talking about rentals if they say they are happy where they are. I feel being straighforward with asking about if they've thought about selling would allow a nice transition into a building equity statement with rental purchase. Great content, watched lots of your stuff!

You always want to be honest and make sure you do know of someone looking, but you always want to see if they are looking to sell and have different ways to pivot to still land them as a client.
