Here's something funny guys. I was at Gold Strike in Tunica Mississippi a couple days ago and you have to go through a Metal detector when you walk in. I set it off and had to take everything out of my purse. Turns out my Winners safe set it off.

The Illinois casinos have metal detectors too now. At first it was annoying, but after thinking about it, I like the idea to detect guns.

If you make a trip to Yamava on the way to Vegas, fly into Ontario, so much easier. Yamava is crazy but can find some good machines. Not tons but at least they have some.

Each of Those 10 points on that MGM brochure are GOLD. I would love to have one of those somewhere just as a reminder card to carry with me. Thanks for sharing!!!!

I stayed at MGM Grand last week and they didn't give me any flyer except where I could spend my Food & Beverage credits lol

I got home from Vegas yesterday. I took taxi from resort world to mgm grand for cherry jubilee. I put $200 and I won $100 for two cherry combinations. I cashed out $10 and left. At least I tried.

What they always leave out on those articles was what the guy was betting. I think it was $1,250 a spin 😅

I don't think it's anybody 's business Especially if I know I have over done my stay and none of their business limit on my gambling wages, Only time if and when I do raise my bet Is when I make bank. So I hope they have at least If your aware of your behaviours you can sign something to let you play on your own accordance.

With hold percentages pushing 20% on the strip you really have to exercise a higher level of discipline than in the past.
@GambleSmart8 ай бұрын
Hold % are NOT that high on the strip. The RTP stats from the gaming commission proves this.

@@GambleSmart I go to Vegas 2-4 times a year and for the past 5 years i've averaged around 17-18% loss rate on slots at MGM properties. I understand this is only my personal experience and it will vary person to person, but i'm sure I am not the only one who shares this frustration. Recently I have been enjoying off-strip and downtown properties and have been playing more video poker which I find has more value to the player. The strip is turning more into a circus than a gaming destination.
@GambleSmart8 ай бұрын
I hear ya, but if you look at the data, they haven't had any significant change to RTP stats for a decade or so. I attribute it to the influx of all the higher in volatility games. I do agree with you, better experiences off the strip for gambling that's for sure.

Jean George is over-hyped but Gallaghers is really bad, too. Horrible and slow service. I had a server stand over my shoulder waiting for me to fill out the tip portion of my receipt. Steak was under-seasoned and came out raw too. Never again.
