I know Box Breathing which is similar to what I’ve learned in my yoga class, 5-5-5-5. Never heard of Frog Breathing (GPB). Breathing comes naturally to a lot of people, so it may not be something we think about a lot. As a Yogi, Breathe is Life. When we take a better breath, we can feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and restored. Will be back to learn more about the different breathing techniques!
