Ummm ok. It’s an incredibly common phenomena. I get butt dials regularly. And it’s very common for it to happen from the same person, back to back calls. And it’s going to be within your circle of close contacts, b/c a butt dial usually always goes to one of the people you most recently texted/at the top of your text threads. But yes, let’s make a mountain out of a molehill bc everything this group of people do must be intentional & evil, unlike the patron saint Karen Read. 🙄

There is a study that people watching a video completely failed to notice a person in a gorilla suit walking in the video, because they were focusing on something else. Just because something is in our field of vision doesn’t mean we’d notice it. And I honestly disagree with Jackson on the idea that Higgins is trained to spot stuff that is out of the ordinary, but maybe biased because my opinion of police is pretty low after several years of true crime obsessions where over and over again, they overlook the obvious or ignore danger signs or just can’t be bothered to do their jobs.

I was shocked at the text messages. Obviously she and John were not getting along. She spoke to Higgins about owning a house so I think she should have parted ways with John. I feel sad that most likely she would have liked to have had her own children, but impossible due to her two diseases. . I really don't think she was responsible for his death. John's injuries were too severe to have been from a car. This was also pointed out in an FBI report. It was probably a drunken fight in the Albert house that went wrong. Also too much alcohol consumed by all of them. She should never have been accused. It's now just one big cover up of who did it.

If the genders were reversed, people would be saying “oh he just had a weak moment being in a relationship where he feels unappreciated and unloved.. It’s not that deep. None of this means he killed her.” But when a woman does it, it’s the end of the world and she’s a horrible person, full stop. I hear a woman who loves John, but feels frustrated with their relationship and taking care of his kids, which she didn’t want in the first place. And she just wants to feel wanted. Is it right? I side with the prosecution. I think the defendant initiating something with Brian while in a relationship shows me who she is, and I know the women that love the uniform no matter who is wearing it. I think Brian is being honest but embarrassed about being gullible to her as a smart cop it makes him look vulnerable. I think he held up very well, and the defense is acting incredibly desperate. If I were a juror I would be getting more than tired of my time wasted with repeated corrections from the judge on the defense. I think it's the only defense they could come up with is to attack the police like do many do and get by with it.

Absolutely! My ex husband is a cop in SFPD. Corrupt as heck. He tried to get my friends arrested, he brought home stolen goods, did awful things to me. I reported all of it for an Internal investigation, and it ALL fell on deaf ears. 🙄

I've been married to a cop for 21 years. It's not the job it's the scum they let wear uniforms. Just like any where else you work. I was a 911 police fire and ems dispatcher for 16 years and the worst people to me was the press. I was always amazed how they twisted a store from a simple conversation.

AJ IS HORRIBLE. If you want a matter of fact answer, ask the question matter of fact like. Don’t ask it accusatory or they’ll get defense and start embellishing. It’s so funny AJ has all this attitude and then gets all fussy when the witness gets defensive. Bad lawyering. Just really bad.

So taxpayers our taxpayers dollars are going to a cover-up crime! They need to go get those buddies of his, and put them on trial, because they’re the ones that beat them up, and killed him. This poor woman is dealing with her husband’s death and having to deal with going on trial for murder?! This is absolutely ridiculous! My opinion.

Why is it that out of all these people, it’s only Karen that hasn’t butt dialed anyone, hasn’t erased texts, phone calls, or destroyed her phone, and hasn’t colluded with other witnesses and investigators on the case? For a group of innocent people, they sure had a lot to cover up that night

I think the past 3 days has definitely hurt Karen’s character and shown her true colors . I now could see her drunken self flying off the handle and flying out of there. Could be she did t know but if 2 people said she was saying did I hit him, could I have hit him before she even knew he was hurt or dead says she remembers something happened. We don’t have to believe Jen but Kerry definitely seemed honest . I truly don’t believe all of these people are involved and despite the inconsistencies not all of it is huge Information. Geez I can’t even remember where I parked leaving the food store half the time imagine being drunk and having to remember every single word and everything that happened? I couldn’t . If Karen knows she did this she is a horrible person for ruining so many lives especially children.
