I have sent out more than 30,000 emails to leads for the month of Feb and is currently using 10 domains to send out 1,000 emails per day. I have booked 2 appointments. Hmm... is Instantly worth it? Anybody here have better luck?

Yeah that ain't instantlys fault - our appointment booking rate is around 6%. We send out about 400 emails a week and book 25 calls per week with our sales team. What is your offer and audience?
