If you're on a motorcycle with stolen or no license plate, or if it's dark and you're in a city that doesn't allow police to pursue by car due to safety issues, there is a good chance you can get away.

It isn't. In Arizona they actually let you tint the back and side-rear windows as dark as you want. However, the passenger and driver side windows you can only have 15% tint on them. There's no way the cop saw he had 5% tint or whatever IN THE DARK especially if he was just following from behind. What actually happened was that the ran the tags, came up with a registered owner that had a Spanish last name and bingo! racial profiling! The Sheriff of Maricopa county was found to be breaking the law by telling his officers do that. Time to bring the hammer down in Pinal as well.

R Navarro 15% isn't legal in az, on the front windows anyway. They cannot be any darker than 35%. However, you CAN get a Drs note for tint. Saying you burn easily, then you can put 5% all the way around!
