So I just found you yesterday and I have been so immersed in your videos and was glad to find this to get to know you better. Since you are now my official sole teacher!!!! Late with this question but is yoga your only form of exercise? I love yoga, and I have tried to go to the gym and even do Pilates and other things. They just don’t speak to me. I do like to go for walks. But I keep being told that Yoga is not enough for my for overall health. You look great and seem to feel great, so I was wondering if it’s your only form of exercise

I do yoga everyday & I roller skate 3-4x a week!

I have never roller skating and have wanted to learn. Fear of busting my rump has kept me away!!!! so glad to know that my Yoga can be enough people do not understand it and always try to push me to the gym, but it just doesn’t speak to me
