I have a 100% PT. For meniere's and lost of hearing. AFTER I got my 100%> I was diagnosed with PTSD. SHO I file a new claim or not. Thank you 😮

I talked to va psychiatrist about filling out dbq and was refused, she said she discussed it with higher ups and said they feel dbq should be filled out at c+p, and they did not think they were meant to be filled out outside c+p. I just laughed and told her that was the whole reason I didn't like being forced from community care back to va care. I told them even though it's in regulations that they do it, I'M NOT SURPRISED AT THE EXCUSES THEY MAKE TO AVOID DOING IT.

Show them the video clip that thecivdiv posted that Said it is their expectation to fill it out. Reality, go to a private therapist who will fight for you.

On 3/2/22, I asked Carol and Kerry if I had a claim due to my coworker/husband abuse and refusal of family advocacy appointment/change of base by supervisors. I was awarded 70% PTSD, 10% bruxism, but denied migraines from PTSD(not service related). All three claims were evaluated by different examiners....are there court cases that I can send with supplemental claim?? Also I had a favorable finding for radiation exposure due to being an xray tech in service... Thank you so much for what you do...and pass this on to Carol and Kerry, if you could.

80% SC filing 4 increase & secondaries If I have a substantial amount of medical records to submit as part of my claim should I write a cover letter or summary of the records & also state how it affects me? I have been obsessing over this so much that I haven't filled. Should I just file and see what happens? Also should the medical records be uploaded to my file too?

Hi. Recently I had the VA rate my migraines condition and service-connected me at 30%. Not sure why as I provided a log and a notice where I had lost my job in addition I am on the Gulf War registry for burn pits. I looked at the evidence used based on the decision letter and DO NOT see my provided log or employer letter used as evidence in the decision. Isn’t this simply a higher level review? APTTMHY

What did your log show? How many per month? Prostrating? Hubby's evidence was turned in, when I looked at cfile & decision it was not included. Supplemental & turn in more evidence with a new buddy letter.

@@HappiNess4703 great question. I use the Migraine Buddy app and the log itself showed the migraine attacks averaged 5X /month). I always indicated in the app they were severe (9-10) where I had to lay down. Pretty straightforward stuff. Yet, the evidence did not mention the log. Thanks for the advice. APTTMHY

Service connected since 2008 c and p recently traveled 30 miles exam 30 minutes tapped on my knees said moderate strange exam regular asigned doctors cant confirm they enter my complaints because they say no cure them move on
