I have a claim in gr increase to lumbar and neck arthritis due to injury in the service. I'm 70 percent major depressive disorder. I'm applying for individual unemployability because of depression and cannot stand longer than 10 mins. Still waiting but has only been 4 months. Wish me luck . I was also not happy with the mental health doc for my v and p review. Requested anotherc &pfor mental heath

I have degenerative disk problems. I went in at 17 and 120 lbs.I had no back problems when I went in but when I got out.I didn't complain while I was active,but as years passed n it's gotten much worse. Can I get service connected although I never complain at that time

Get a current diagnosis from a medical doctor on paper. Get your current symptoms and history and medication’s and treatment all on paper. Finally, you have to have a nexus, or a link of your diagnosis to your military service. Do you have anything from your service? A sick-call Record? ER visit? If not, you may have to find a buddy from your military service, an old friend I have them do a buddy statement, explaining your back issues back in the day during your service. You’ll have to do a personal statement on a VA 21-10210 explaining everything from when you started having back issues during your military service up to now. Hope this helps.

I was Drafted 1969, my mother submitted a letter to Drafted Board. Regarding my Brain Hemorrhage at 16yrs. old I was inducted at 19yrs. The doctors that treaded me, the letter whis in my records that state that they hope the brain won't retuned. I've have had many issue including my mental state. I looked up the standards for military service and wouldn't qualify. Can i file??

I was just turned down for sleep apnea probably related to my Vietnam service connected chemical exposure resulting in heart bypass surgery 24 years ago before qualifying for VA health care. Eight years ago the VA diagnosed me with the sleep disorder and I've been on VA CPAP treatment ever since. Any idea why the VA would deny my sleep apnea claim? I wish you firm ran the VA.

Because unlikely your medical condition is connected. Sleep apnea is mechanical

Is there a layman’s answer to a response that I received from the Higher Court of Appeals that has VACATED & REMAND to the BVA? Second part of my question is I received a 2nd notice from Higher Court of Appeal that the the time expired to motion of the court’s Practice and Procedure Rule 35 and that Rule 36 is effective as of September 5, 2023. Also stated in the notice was that 60 days or the Court would rule according to the law. When I contacted the High Court, I was told that I didn’t need to file any further appeals, so does mean that the BVA needs to file a rebuttal by 60 days from the date of September 5, 2023?

I was in the navy I got a 10% disability due to high blood pressure but I have had two back surgeries and numbness in both legs and tinnitus in my ears , I have a disability group helping , just want to know what else can I do?
