I did this workout today with modifications. I also did the arms with 1 lb. wrist weights workout 🙌 I modified laying down on the floor for the arms because that’s hard for me. The last floor arms you did, I sat on the edge of my recliner with my legs out I front of me. My back was at an angle with my core tight. As I did the arms I could feel my upper core getting a workout too. It’s hard to explain how I did this without seeing it. Thanks Nikki 🤗

Oh boy! We got 8 inches of snow last night, so my sister and I were shoveling for several hours. Its a long story why we had to shovel that much, but then, I come in and decide I still want to do my workout so I don't get too stiff and sore, and it is HIIT!! OMG!! I was wanting to do a gentle one. LOL!! Well, I intended on doing the LIIT variety of moves, but I ended up pretty much doing the HIIT most of the time, doing what you did. I just wasn't quite as fast on the footwork on the kicks (or toe taps) I had trouble with the sort of bounce in between. I didn't do the weights because of the huge upper body workout I got in today, and don't want to stress my neck any more. I do feel better, not so stiff and sore. SO glad I did it!

I Skipped two days, so catching up with day 3 HIIT and arms and day 4 choreographt and abs, but only managed the first 15 min of choreography! Will fnish it off tomorrow before doing Day 5 class!

Hi there! I couldn't say for sure. It is low impact, but it's important to start with proper form and go slowly. You might check with your doctor to be sure.

Was able to do six minutes of today's workout. Which was great for me. But for some reason, the left side of my neck hurts when i'm bouncing.??

6 minutes is great!! Hmmm....are you keeping your gaze up or looking down at your feet while you bounce?
