Thanks for this free series!!! I'm trying to get my workout habit fired back up. What got me back on today was I realized I had slightly "worked" (not really sore) muscles from yesterday-- it's working!! :) So i'm back today. Just doing the first half bc it's late and I'll pick up the weights portion in the morning.

I’m 63 with a bad hip. What I love about Nikki is she is always giving modifications and is always concerned with the beginners. Most of the people who follow her are our age. You do what you can do and don’t do what you can’t do. Enjoy ❤️
