As a young man in my twenties I got a young lady pregnant. Beforehand I thought abortion was a woman's choice, then as a contributing partner I knew I had a responsibility to be a dad and raise that child. So after she left us when my son was 4 months old I did just that. He is now a 27 year old thriving God fearing adult and I couldn't be more proud.

I was conceived by raped by a narcissistic alcoholic that beat my mom deaf, she actually did raise me herself, and in 2021 she had a stroke and now I’m caring for her. I am so thankful for my life, and I’m thankful to be able to help her. I also got to lead my biological father to God only this year. Despite the evil he had done he could not believe he was a sinner as he played the comparison game that he had never gone to a school and shot up children. I was able to call out his sin and remind him that’s just how there are consequences for actions still, there can be forgiveness but you have to admit that you are a sinner unworthy of heaven and the grace of God, but through Jesus who is the perfect sacrifice, we can have eternal salvation and a life with God that we don’t deserve. My dad is trying to get off of alcohol and he has an amazing testimony as he grows in the Lord. I just bought him a large print book of John to read. Please pray that he does because no one is past the point of salvation and redemption. Yes, there were consequences for his sins, and even my mom had to pay for some of his consequences and that’s not fair, but the devils not fair, that’s why we need to raise our our children in the Lord and truly pray, deliver us from evil, The kingdom come on Earth as it is in heaven. I am so thankful for my life and I know I’ve made an incredible impact on the world for the positive. I was raised my mom who worked very hard and now I’m working very hard to care for her. Had a been given an adoption I would still be just as thankful for my life. I didn’t really come to God through my parents, but rather seeking an only good God and finding Jesus. Jeremiah 29:11-13 we have to humbly seek the Lord with our whole heart and trust that God has a good plan for us. He does! My father is very old now but he is rapidly growing in the Lord and changing. Please pray that my father fully surrendered his life to God, all aspects, pray that his loneliness, his childhood traumas that he faced, the health issues that are self-inflicted, religious spirit (ironic because he was an adamant atheist), false teachings, fears, and selfishness are broken off in Jesus‘s name and by the power of the Isaiah 53 healing blood. My father has the worlds most incredible testimony. When I was already an adult he was dying and he should’ve died, but God miraculously saved him and he first learned of God as healer, before he knew him as Savior. He was unwilling to read scripture or go to church or even really talk about God, but I encouraged him with Jeremiah 29:11-13 and now he is truly starting to see the truth and the truth is setting him free. Pray he reads and learns the book of John and we’ll move on from there. Pray my mom has a full healing and also a healing from trauma that I’m sure she has deep in her, yet she never made me feel like a burden, not even once. Forgiveness steals power from Satan.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, her father and his family wanted me to get an abortion. I said “no” so they were all angry. There were a lot of horrible things that happened during that time period to say the least. Fast forward later in the pregnancy, the doctors said that there was a strong possibility that my baby would come out with Down Syndrome. I was then being pressed even more by her father to get an abortion. By the grace of God I continued to stand my ground. This is the problem with secularism. People today assume we are all naturally good, when in fact human nature has evil tendencies. Morality goes out the window when God is taken out of the equation. There is indeed the notion of "ethics" but when it comes to abortion, suddenly that too because the "elephant in the room". The fact is, the term Fetus is Latin for Child. So as soon as the fetus/child is conceived, the child should be treated as a separate human being. Not as a "tumor". There are plenty of couples who can't have a baby who are yearning to have a child. There's a reason why the Bible says that people shouldn't have sex until marriage, and this is one of many why. Granted there are other valid reasons to have an abortion but those are much more rare than what pro-abortionists would have you believe.

Even justified homicide seems to do damage to people. I have a friend who shot and killed another man who was stomping on the head of an unconscious woman. His actions were completely justified and he was cleared of all wrongdoing by the courts. However, to this very day, he constantly thinks about it and wonders if he did the right thing. Could he have stopped the man by tackling him instead? Could he have shot him in the knee to cause enough pain to make him stop without killing him? Maybe the woman would have been fine if he had dome nothing at all. These thoughts haunt him daily. Killing your own child would certainly cause a lot of trauma, even if you believe it was justified.

When my wife was pregnant with our second daughter at age 36, her obgyn sent us to a clinic to test for the markers of Down Syndrome due to my wife’s age. I remember thinking if our daughter did have it, that might actually be neat to be part of a new community, and all of the kids I’ve seen with Down Syndrome seem to be pretty happy. Either way in my heart, I knew I would love her just the same because she’s my daughter. When we went back to the clinic for the results, the young lady told us the markers show only a 10% chance of Down Syndrome. I remember thinking ‘oh ok, thanks for the info’, as I was literally ok either way. Then the lady said, ‘we’re coming up on that deadline within the next two weeks where you’ll need to make a decision’. I was thinking ‘decision about what?’ Then it hit me that there was this industry that I wasn’t aware of where decisions to kill a perfectly healthy child or treated with the same kind of pressure as a used car salesman. I was wondering if there were other couples maybe who didn’t have the financial or family support that might feel pressured to abort their baby over a small chance that it had Down Syndrome. Right then my stance of being apathetic on this issue changed to being being solidly pro life. Fast forward 10 years and my daughter is the light of my life and is excelling in school and just a caring, thoughtful kid. There have been times I’ve wished I told the obgyn not to send people to that clinic anymore because I truly feel there is something dark about it.

Something similar happened with me. When I went in to see the doctor at my first appointment, I told him not to run any tests that were specifically to decide to abort my baby. He tried to push me to get an amniocentesis because of the Down’s marker in a blood test. I discovered the amnio had a greater risk of causing a spontaneous abortion than I had of having a Down’s syndrome baby. I fired him! I explained to him why I was firing him, and found a better doctor. A year or so later, I saw him with his family. He came up to me, asked if the baby I was holding was the one he wanted to put at risk. I said Yes, and that she was perfectly healthy with no issues. He told me, with tears in his eyes, that my stand with him changed his life. He rethought all that he was doing and became a Christian!

Now, suppose he makes 10 people rethink the ghastly/horrific/inhumane MURDER of a child, 10 lives are saved... and what if members of the audience whose minds are changed tell another woman about their epiphany & that woman chooses life... he has thrown a stone in a pond & the ripple effect goes on and on and on...

I got pregnant at 20 and I remember feeling alone, scared, confused, not knowing what to do, no emotional support from friends and family. And those emotions just intensified when I thought about having an abortion. I wasn’t feeling empowered by those emotions or that decision to have an abortion. I cried out a quick prayer, “God what do I do? Please tell me what to do?!”God answered me pretty quickly (the next day) with a women out of nowhere handing me a small pamphlet then just walked away. After reading what it said, I decided to keep my baby and at that moment I felt so empowered and confident that we were gonna be alright! Inside the pamphlet read: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart.”(Jeremiah-1:4)- “For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was being made in secret, intricately woven. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet before I was.”(psalms-139:13~16)~~And that was the answer to my prayer 26 years ago! Praise God for the gift-my beautiful daughter! And I kept that pamphlet in my daughter’s baby book 💗

Why are people acting like there is no birth control alternatives?
@gforceforever8 ай бұрын
Why do males still act like they don't cause pregnancy? The alternatives to abortion as birth-control are moot, when the real issue is that sex causes pregnancy. Males must acknowledge their role in the creation of life, and they must stop forcing girls and women into doing things they will ultimately regret. Of course, females must be strong, too, and make better choices about who, what, and when. The only truly effective birth-control is abstinence.

In 1915, my grandmother was having trouble with her pregnancy, the local doctors encouraged her to abort the baby, for her own survival, but she refused to kill her soon to be born child. She was in an area where illegal, but "safe" abortions were performed. She told the doctors that "God could not forgive her for killing her baby, she felt the love she already had for the baby, and she could not forgive herself if she went through with the termination." She went on to give birth her third child in January of 1916. The baby was premature, but survived. My grandmother sadly died one month after giving birth. That child grew up to become my mother, she married, and had two children of which I am the oldest. I am married and my wife and I have two sons. Both are married and one has a son. So, three generations later, my family is thriving thanks to the courage and strong faith that my grandmother had. My grandmother made a decision based on her bonding with her child, faith in God and the risks at the time, to keep her baby to term and risk her life in the process. My family is forever grateful to her for that. Now, if a woman chooses to terminate her pregnancy, and kill her baby, that's her option, but my faith tells me to thank God every day that I can live this life thanks to the faith of my grandmother.

This is awesome. I am GLAD that your grandmother had a CHOICE and no doctor or outside person could MAKE your grandmother abort. She took it to her faith and did what she thought was right for herself and her faith and EVERY woman should be able to make their own choices based on their own faith and their own faith connection. I am not advocating for abortion. I am advocating for a woman to be who may be in the same situation as your grandmother and be able to make a choice for themselves.

That is what happened and then 6 months later my daughter was visiting her/my daughter and I noticed her stomach was huge, I thought something may have gone wrong during C-section or tumor etc. and took her in, the dr came out and said it’s not a tumor it’s a baby. She was 5 months along. I’ve adopted both girls and they call me mommy and my daughter aunt. Good news my daughter finally wised up, got rid of the Real problem her boyfriend and lives with us helping to care for her biological daughters. I grew up in an extremely liberal town that promoted progressive values. As a man, abortion was never an issue that I thought much about other than it was important to 'support women's rights'. About ten years ago, because of some testimonies I heard from women's experiences of having had abortions and from women who had worked in that industry, I decided to do some research about it and educate myself on the issue. I was shocked to find out about the origins of the practice and how it was not an organic or natural process truly based on the care for women's health or rights like it had been promoted as, but rather, the abortion issue had been crafted into a political weapon for release into American culture for the purpose of dividing as well as depopulating the country. As time went on, I witnessed a semantic game taking place in public discourse about the subject. New euphemisms were being created and spread to mask the reality of abortions. Women’s healthcare had now become, ‘reproductive rights’, ‘reproductive freedom’, and ‘reproductive justice’. From what playbook were these terms being taken from? Not only were abortion rights being defended more zealously than ever, but there was also a new movement to celebrate abortion, as if it were a traditional rite of passage for a young woman to have one, and the more of them you had, the better. What could cause so many women and their male supporters to become so callous, that the murdering of their offspring was now considered a jubilant event? These developments did not match the stories women had shared with me over the years about their abortion experiences. Every one of them suffered from a degree of guilt and/or depression from the event. They were all scarred to a degree, and one was even physically damaged, and could no longer have the babies she had wanted to have in the future. Once when I attempted to ask young women who attended a pro-abortion rally and protest about their views on the subject, there was an immediate reaction of animus that bordered on the bizarre. If they would respond at all, it would be the sort of automatic reaction that a person who had been deeply conditioned and indoctrinated to a particular ideology would give. “What are you a Christian?” “What are you a Trump supporter?” “You’re a fascist Nazi, and I don’t have to talk to you.” There is something terribly poisonous and destructive in our culture that is disguised as good, as freedom, as progress.

@foxriverpwc47238 ай бұрын
I came home for Christmas break during my sophomore year of college and found out my 17 year old sister had been pregnant and our mom had convinced her to get an abortion. We weren't rich, but our family most certainly could have afforded to help my sister raise that boy. That was the moment that ruined our family forever. This was 36 years ago. My sister suffered horrible depression for years and multiple miscarriages 18 years later after she finally got married and then tried to have kids. Oh, and the college plans that the baby would have ruined for her? Yeah, she then took 7 years to get her Bachelors degree anyhow. 20 years later she finally had a baby, and was then haunted by dreams of what appeared to be a 20 year old young man (her aborted son) who would walk up to her baby's crib at night and look down at his younger brother and weep. I can't imagine living through that hell. It gets better. 8 years after my sister's abortion, I get married. My wife had worked with my sister back when they were both in high school, but I didn't meet her till 2 years after I was out of college. My wife had a beautiful daughter when I married her, and she became my daughter, as bio dad was a no-show. Turns out my wife and my sister had been pregnant at the exact same time - literally both had conceived during the same week - but my wife's family chose life, and now, after 25 years of marriage, we have 2 completely awesome grandkids & another son as well. Sucks that I can't allow my mother to rub off on my own kids and grandkids... I care about their souls too much, but the interesting thing is my kids and grandkids have never really wanted to be around her much anyway - and it all stems from one fateful and critical choice. Choose wisely. Update: Almost forgot. The way I found out about this when I was 19 is that my mom told me. And when she told me, she also said, "Don't say anything to dad, cuz he doesn't know". To this day, I literally have NO idea if my dad was ever informed about his own family or not, but the whole secrecy of all of this really hit me years later, after I got married (and still am). I mean, if I found out MY wife had hidden something like this from me, I'd certainly lose trust in my own wife - as any man should. And I'm not even sure why my mom told ME while simultaneously NOT telling her own husband. NOTHING about this entire situation was or is correct or moral - none of it. My mom betrayed my own sister and then betrayed me as well by putting me in a position where I've had knowledge that my dad SHOULD have, but I've had to then choose between betraying my mom's trust or betraying my dad's right to know. Such BS. Oh, and for years my mom has bragged about donating $$ to planned parenthood as she parrots the MSM BS line about how only 4% of what they do is kill babies...yep, everything about all of this is beyond sickening and evil.

I'm 33 y/o straight white male. I've been celibate for over 10 years because the horror of having my child aborted looms in my mind. Sexual fantasies pale in comparison to hellish realities of knowing the child I would raise was destroyed, with or without my consent. I can't afford to get a woman pregnant and have her abort it. I'd rather die first. But...like you said in your video - the number one reason for abortions is the woman does not feel supported or feel like she has a partner to help raise the child. I will never be that man and since I can't afford to support her, I'll just have to keep it in my pants! Great video on a tough subject. Thank you!

Feel the same. Female, in my 30's as well. Have one child from my pregnancy at 19. My baby daddy was very ignorant of anything pregnancy related. He came from a neglectful, and abusive family..I found out later on after I gave birth that his father was a pedophile/rapist on the sex offender list and still got let out of prison?! (Even more of a reason that I left because of the distrust) My ex played video games, but for all his time on the internet, he didn't look up if it was dangerous for me to go without prenatal care. I refused to abort, but also did not know how to tell my parents I was pregnant, and he never offered to be emotionally supportive.. Had our baby. Was in the hospital a few days so I couldn't contact him. We lived apart. Still had no idea what I should do. Had a very emotionally turbulent time meeting with an adoption agency and getting The Premarital Sex Talk from a very reserved and not warm woman from the agency.. awkward I was shown thick photo albums of couples waiting to adopt a baby. In the end I chose to keep my daughter, and although it is difficult sometimes, it is also the most rewarding feeling watching her grow up every day ❤️ Thus far have not stepping into the dating pool again yet. Refuse to sleep around without being married, because I made that bad decision once already. My child is a blessing, and I wish I could have another baby but it most likely won't happen. Have a ton of anxiety about dating because of family obligations, work a lot, and I'm not in the appropriate $$ settings to raise a new baby. Idk where would I have time the to get to know someone well enough to determine if they are spousal material? Now there is this biological urge to procreate on purpose, but no husband because Anxiety keeps telling me I'm not good enough to date because of my current financial situation and physical appearance. So I am working on being a better mother and trying to get into a healthier mindset. Trying to not think about "what if" and focusing on what I can do now to improve my outlook and just live life to the fullest. Dude, you never know. God might have someone picked out for you already. He has not given you the tracking #. Focus on being a better version of yourself and you will most likely bump into someone that jives with you. 👍🙏🌻 God bless

In recent years the plaintiff in ROE said she regretted having the abortion and became a pro-life advocate.. The big problem is you find out to late that the choices you make can come back to haunt you.. Women who have abortions arent likely to tell future partners they had one.. Sex is great but responsibility is scary.. Men often want abortions so they dont have to support the child.. Told my daughter dont have sex with anyone until you are 25.. Men dont have functioning brains before they are in their mid to late 30's. .. Many dont have one by 35.. Maturity is rare today under 25..

Assault, incest, or health risk are reasons to get an abortion. Choosing to partake in reproductive activities and then having surprised Pikachu face when you get pregnant is not. The choice to do what you want with your body ends when that choice could damage another's body. I'm not allowed to hire a hit man to kill my wife, but my wife can hire a hit man to take out my unborn child. I also have no control over the fate of my unborn child. What about my right to protect my own children from death? Guess that does not apply to the unborn. What a twisted illogical world we live in.

It's a heart breaking thing to experience death. That of a wanted or unwanted marriage, by divorce or in death. However to go through life with blood on our hands as a man or woman or girl, it's worst of all. It results in a lifetime of pain. Like causing injuries by a terrible fire or car wreck. If it weren't for the loving forgiveness of God we would all be carrying an anvil around the rest of our lives. Child sacrifice or child murder by war, and pre or post birth abortion is allterribly wrong, but we're growing numb to the concepts. It's got to stop!

@Hot Twink Not true, all sins lead to death, and all are deserving of eternal punishment as crimes against an eternal God, but no, not all sins are equal, scripture say that hell has different levels of punishment based on what the person has done, this wouldn't be the case if they were all equal.
@TheSlaveofJesusChrist Жыл бұрын
@Hot Twink Actually, that was about self righteously giving someone final judgement- capital punishment, execution, judging when _you aren't even aware_ that you, yourself, are just as bad. Normal judgement also qualifies for this, take the blank out you're own eye, *_then_* you can take the speck out of your brothers eye, right? The only difference between us and them was that we repented, turning away from our sin, I did this knowing full well I have no righteousness of my own, the righteousness that Christians have is Christ's. 2 Corinthians 5:18-21 All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
@TheSlaveofJesusChrist Жыл бұрын
@Hot Twink who are you referring to when you said ‘he without sin, right?’, if you're talking about chris rock, he definitely has a lot of sin and is going to hell unless he repents and trusts in Christ. Which wasn't what I was talking about.

@Hot Twink Your entirely right. There's the distinction of heaven and hell, those who were declared righteous through their faith in Jesus Christ went to heaven, and those who chose reject the savior went to hell. But I'm not sure about your last sentence, because I don't know what _definition_ you're referring to. 🤷🏻♂️, I just didn't get it. You probably meant that we weren't righteous, therefore that isn't the way the others got to heaven, since it was Christ's righteousness in them. If not, then I don't have a clue.

I can understand the fear around being pregnant, whether its because you're young or you're not financially stable or even because you have doubts about your ability to parent. My older sister became pregnant out of wedlock. She was developmentally disable and was working at a very low paying job. But, she made the decision to give her child up for adoption. I wish I could share the beautiful letter she received from the adoptive parents thanking her for entrusting her precious baby to their care. This loving couple who couldn't have children of their own were thrilled to have a child of their own, even if the wife didn't carry the baby herself. It made them a family, it gave them such joy. I know my sister had moments of regret, but in the end, she knew she did the right thing. Her child has had a wonderful life and has grown up to be a wonderful person who was loved unconditionally. Two wrongs never make a right and robbing that baby of the opportunity to create a loving family with their adoptive parents would have been so wrong.

That’s sad! I kept my son because I made the decision to have unprotected sex and I will own up to whatever happens due to my decision. People lack responsibility and the ability to sacrifice our wants for bigger things.

Unweirdly enough, most of them admit to not using the withdrawal method, too, which is 80 % effective after they admit to not using a condom. Use of a condom is drilled in public education classes. It's also a failed method since noone does it. There's an arm implant that's 99.9% effective so if you stack multiple methods like implant and withdrawal it becomes a good method. Yet, "it's not used as BC" is a talking point for them.

While Chris' "comedy" was sick and twisted, I think he knew exactly what he was doing. He obviously knows the truth: that abortion is killing babies, and he was being honest when he called it what it was to a bunch of pro-abortionists who are probably in denial to the truth. There's no doubt in my mind that God is using this "comedy sketch" to wake some, or possibly a lot, of people up to reality. Even if this sketch saves the life of one baby, it's worth it!!! I'm encouraged by this!

Woman here. Nobody has "complete control" over her body. Sometimes I fart. Sometimes I have diarrhea. Sometimes my neck hurts. But, I've never accidentally had sex, because I can choose not to. If I was raped and got pregnant, joke's on the rapist because he just cocreated an upstanding citizen to fight people like him. That's all I got to say about that.

And what guarantee do you have that the child conceived in that scenario will be 'an upstanding citizen' who somehow makes life harder for rapists? It's mostly the criminal justice system that deals with men accused of sexual assault. It's very unlikely that most folks within that system were concieved as a result of sexual assault.

But comedians dont normally 'roast' their audiences. Very few pro-choice folks would argue that murder should be illegal 'up until the child's first report card'. What he is doing here is stating an extreme point of view on his part, but he doesnt' seem to be implying that the entire audience (or the pro-choice movement as a whole) has that same extreme point of view.

Because of that we need to be against everyone being killed, the government does not make it okay or not okay to say someone is a person or not, just being against killing people. In a medical point of view from science of embryology, life begins at conception( fertilization and implantation) It's not a matter of oppion, it's a fact when life starts.
