The problem with these “alternative” lifestyles is that they are not built on anything of substance. There is no true commitment, and a prioritization of wont over virtue. He called you annoying because he refused to answer a direct question. Why is it that men who preach about the necessity of discipline, all of the sudden, forsake discipline when it comes to sex? It is just a case of men that want the warm bosom of home and family, while still being playboys. It is impractical, and ridiculous.

What I liked about them was they were just truth seekers and were figuring out a whole range of women and quality (these "manosphere" materialist guys just deal with a certain type from clubs and you can see it, you can tell). When a man has his shit together women throw these buzz words out there like “love” because they know the average man deep down inside wants to be loved. @@Tayman47 I think we're on the same page, Taylor, i agree with your remarks. If we're met with hardened hearts or disdain when sharing the good news, no need to keep throwing pearls in front of swine, shake the dust off and move on to a another needy but more receptive audience. Jesus did that all the time. He, like God His Father, has a great respect for human freedom and didn't impose His Way on others, he is too much of a gentleman to force his love/mercy on another. Instead, He always announces and invites.... letting the hearer and recipient respond "yes" or "no". But He knows the hearts of all humans, whereas we do not, so we need to be more careful in concluding that someone has accepted or rejected the Word, because people, especially nowadays in such an amoral and relativistic climate where there's a strong intolerance for divergent views, especially more traditional or faith based ones, - people are weak, cowardly and afraid to be real in front of social pressure, so we may not be receiving an accurate expression of their deepest thoughts and desires and choices. We may need more time with them to discern the "fruit" of their values and choices and to encourage them to be true to their best selves. I wonder if @whatever knew who they were getting when they invited Lila. I'm trusting that the power of grace and truth will work some miracles in the lives of at least some of those panelists and viewers. They all certainly left different people than they were when they first got there. 🙏🏼🐛🦋

The guy behind Lila Rose and the “alpha male” is facing Lila the entire time, is listening to everything she says, and is responding respectfully. He is a true alpha male because he respects her while the self imposed “alpha male” is rude and ignorant when Lila speaks to him.

Yeah... it's pretty obvious that blue suit dude is trying to use his posture and position at the table to influence perceptions. It's really embarrassing and transparent. That kind of behavior will result in being surrounded by weak and/or stupid people, because confident and intelligent people don't tolerate that kind of PUA horse shit.

Lila is calm but she is annoying and disrespecful, judging people's lives and being arrogant while telling people how wrong are their lives. Comments are confusing her calm delivery with she being respectful (which she is not). Also, she makes monogamy a dogma when there are no theological grounds for that.

Lila was incredible. I think what spoke the most is her silence. Almost everyone would've shouted down their ignorance comments out of how incredibly misguided and self centered they are. But she kept her composure and interjected well to show the audience who was actually right. Prayer is the most powerful tool of evangelization we have. It's only by God's grace we are not just as confused and overcome by our inclinations.

24:31 Lila: "Our Hearts can deceive us. Can mislead us. That's why moral reality matters". She hit the nail on the head with that one. Thank you Lila for being a good representative of what a good Catholic Woman looks like and sharing the Catholic views on marriage, fidelity & chastity.
@TravelBug189 Жыл бұрын
That’s very true. Our heart and our desires can be very misleading and if there’s no objective morality then it’s a free for all do whatever you want society which would be disastrous. I’ve abstained from s*x for over 4 years now. I like it, I want to have it, I think it’s great and beautiful but I’m disciplined enough to say no and wait for the right person. I find that nowadays both men and women have no self discipline. They just give in to every little desire they might feel in the moment. We need to think long term, not just what feels good right now. It’s very difficult but life isn’t easy

Yes, it was great that she said that! The world keeps saying: "follow your heart..." It's such a misleading slogan...too often found on children's tees also... How much better if we "followed our well-formed consciences" rather than our fickle hearts... Words matter...

@@prestokrs1 i think it's bc all the others where laughing bc were fine with the joke that he made to her. for her and him that was a joke. but for others, that looks like an insult. he was outrightly calling her "annoying" simply bc she was calling him out on his claims & experiences (which is what you are supposed to do in a debate - call out the discrepencies). Chase didn't partake in that, and you could tell that he knew that the 'alpha man' was insulting Lila, who simply stated facts. I don't know too much about Chase, but this really shows that he is attentive to what people say, and doesn't let the crowd's opinion become his own...which is a REALLY nice characteristic to have in a man☺
