Hey Neil! Great video. Gives us a day in the life of Neil. It would give us a prospective on your daily life. Have a best friend who is dying & still drinking with end stage liver disease. Now I am unfortunately waiting for notification that she has passed. It’s really sad ❤! Keep em coming!

I feel it's so odd how hard making forthright friendships is these times & we have seen one contractor after another simply ball face lie & steal. Weird times not great -

have you ever tried a 7 day fast, or shorter term intermittent fasting? I had a very bad fatty liver, until I started intermittent fasting. I did 1-3 day fasts or 3 months, with my last fast being a full 7 day fast. My belly stopped sticking out and my liver is back to normal.

Thanks for your question, no I will not do a fast with cirrhosis because the body is so deficient of protein and othe vitamins and minerals that I don’t believe it’s a good idea now at this progression. People ask me this a lot actually. Where fasting is good. It’s not good when you have gotten to a certain point. I eat healthy and it for the most part keeps me in good shape. I don’t build up fluid anymore either.

can you please tell how does ascites feel? how to differ between beer belly and ascites? like i have heard if you can contract the stomach inside fully, it's not ascites
@Redneckkenobi8 ай бұрын
When your stomach is full of water it will be hard like a rock. Not squishy. Plus you can really feel the pressure when laying down. If you are worried I would recommend seeing your doctor. They can check for that. Also if they think there is fluid they will probably do an ultrasound to look how much.
