How did you manage to explain in under 7 minutes what a pompous surgeon taught over 2 hours in our lecture??? Thanks for saving my degree 😂
@medicinemadesimple6273 Жыл бұрын
Haha probably because I have suffered many of the same lectures in the past too! Happy it helped you :)

Pompous and circumstance?

Because if that pompous surgeon did it that fast you would be complaining that you didn't get your money's worth. 🙄

i have normal total bilirubin but high direct bilirubin. i had mild fibrosis,but menage to lower my enzymes within normal range. still feeling fatigue and weakness. what could it be ? thnx 🙏
@baboubout760 Жыл бұрын
Thank you so much 💟 very helpful video Please i have a question : why bilirubin and albumin and prothrombin time considered as synthetic fonction ??
@medicinemadesimple6273 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! They are considered synthetic function as the liver produces (or synthesises) albumin and clotting factors. So liver pathology can impact on its synthetic function and result in less production of them.

Platelet levels??? NAFLD testing to see if there is any scarring or advancement towards more severe levels includes platelet levels. The 3 I've used that are cited in the scientific literature all have platelet levels in their calculations. This is for those who have already been diagnosed with NAFLD.
