Jane Fonda workouts are amazing. My mom did them when I was a kid and I started doing them after you mentioned before! They’re so fun and funny and I love the 80s Hot Girl outfits. The most annoying thing I ever learned is that exercising regularly is 1.5x more effective than antidepressants 🙄I remember in the 2010s on tumblr, when everyone was like "dont tell me to just workout I have a chemical imbalance!" and now we're all adults and we're like "damn we DO actually have to workout for better mental health"
